Two, Recruitment conditions
(a) candidates should have the conditions:

5. apply for the position of the other conditions required;
5. Other conditions required;
6. 18 years of age or older (see Annex 1 for details);
7. Academic requirements are detailed in Annex 1, 2.
(b) One of the following circumstances shall not be allowed to apply for employment.
1. Persons who have been criminally punished for a crime and persons who have been dismissed from public office, persons who have not yet completed the period of punishment by the Party discipline or are under disciplinary review, persons who are under criminal punishment or are under judicial investigation and have not yet come to a conclusion;
2. Persons who have been dismissed from public office, dismissed from military service, or dismissed from employment due to disciplinary violations;
3. Persons who have fabricated, disseminated information that damages the state's reputation, and who are not in the public service;
4. Persons who are not in the public service;
5. Fabrication and dissemination of information that damages the country's reputation, opposes the Party's theories and line policies, and violates national laws and regulations;
4. Has been punished for drug abuse, prostitution, gambling and so on;
5. Has a more serious personal bad credit record;
6. Serving military personnel;
7. Organs and institutions in the personnel (including all types of control number of Personnel);
8. Temporary staff employed by the county health system;
9. Other cases stipulated by laws and regulations.
Three, recruitment methods and procedures

(I) Application

Interviews are organized and implemented by the recruiting unit in accordance with the procedures, in accordance with the interview results of candidates for the same position from the highest to the lowest score in order to determine the candidates for medical examination.
(D) physical examination

Four, remuneration and treatment
(a) status treatment
The personnel recruited in this recruitment for temporary employment, do not apply for preparation procedures.
(ii) Treatment of temporarily employed personnel
The salary, social insurance and other benefits of temporarily employed personnel shall be clearly agreed in the labor contract, and the recruiting unit must apply for social insurance for the temporarily employed personnel in accordance with the law.
The salary of temporarily employed personnel may be determined by the recruiting unit in accordance with the national wage system, based on their job responsibilities, workload and performance, and with reference to the salary standards of the staff in the same position.
For individual clinical shortage positions or senior medical titles, the recruiting unit can take the "one thing at a time" approach to determine the level of remuneration, the necessary funds by the employing unit to solve their own problems.
V. Notes
