In 2005, on the basis of ISO9001 quality system, Pepsico put forward the goal of realizing precise management within the enterprise, which pushed the management level of the company to a new level. 2006, Pepsico started to make enterprise strategic planning and took strategic planning as the core content of enterprise management. On September 19, 2007, the VIP Service Committee of China Civil Airports Association (CAA) was formally established, and Yunnan Airport PepsiCo became one of the 9 standing members of the VIP Service Committee of CAA.
