How to set up reports in Kingdee financial software (how to adjust the report data of Kingdee financial software)
1. Create table body

Customize the report → Click New in the File menu or click the white button in the upper left corner of the screen → Type the title in the white grid first. For example, account number and line number → enter specific items such as 12 1 cash in the table body.

2. Definition of formula

Click the cell where you want to define the formula. Example: Cash column at the beginning of the year → Press F7 to enter the formula to guide input → Click the yellow button on the right of the account code → Select an account, such as cash → Confirm → Select an account, such as cash → Confirm → Select the opening balance in the retrieval type → Click Fill in the formula → OK → Click the formula column at the top of the screen.

3. Formula definition of total column

Such as: cash to fixed assets at the beginning of the year

Click the cell where the formula needs to be defined → press F7 to enter the wizard → select the operation function → select Sum to sum → enter the cell position in the parameter 1, such as C3: C8 → fill in the formula → OK → tick.

4. Font setting

Select the cell whose font you want to change → click the right mouse button → Cell Properties → Cell Properties → Select the font color → Click the font → Select the font to be selected (Song Ti, Xiao Si, the best effect) → OK.

5. Line height setting

(1) Adjustment of single line height.

The line height of a single line can be set by dragging the corresponding line with the mouse, or it can be adjusted by defining the specific line height.

Methods: Select the line to be adjusted → right click on the line properties → remove the "√" of the default line height → enter a specific number of line height, such as 90 (i.e. 9mm)→ OK.

(2) Adjustment of the height of multiple rows.

Select a cell → right click → report properties → select appearance → enter the row height to be modified → OK.

6. Adjustment of column width The adjustment method of single column is the same as that of row.

7. Recalculation of statements

After defining the report → click "!"

8. Settings of report name, header, footer and comments

(1) Table name setting (font button can be selected).

Menu bar → Properties → Report Properties → Header and Footer → Report Name → Edit Header and Footer → Click Report Name → OK.

(2) Settings of the footer.

Select footer 1→ Edit header and footer → Enter content in the blank space. Such as: financial supervisor: XXX→ broken paragraph → input content; Such as: review: XXX→ broken segment → input content; Such as: watchmaking: XXX→ Click √ in the overview "Mouth" to view the effect → OK → OK.

9. Print settings and printing of reports (generally, the paper is fan folded147/8x11.69 inch paper).

Click Print Preview → View Print Effect → Close → File → Page Setup → Select Paper Type, Print Direction, Adjust Margin Size → OK → View Print Preview Effect (if satisfied, click Print to print; If you are not satisfied, continue to enter the page setup for adjustment).
