Wall-hung boiler is a dual-purpose system for heating and domestic hot water. Therefore, we should pay attention to the following points.
1. In the heating function of the wall-hung boiler, the water flow in the wall-hung boiler+refrigeration system is closed cycle. Under normal working conditions, this water flows into the wall-hung boiler, is heated to a certain temperature by the wall-hung boiler, and then flows out from the heating outlet and enters the heat dissipation system. High-temperature hot water flows through the cooling system, releasing heat to the environment, and the water temperature keeps decreasing, thus increasing the indoor environment temperature; Then it flows into the wall-hung boiler for heating through the heating water inlet, and then flows out of the wall-hung boiler into the refrigeration system. In this way, it goes on and on.
The wall-hung boiler continues to burn and heat, producing high-temperature hot water, which flows through the cooling system, releasing heat and raising the indoor environment temperature.
Domestic hot water is separated from the heating system. Domestic hot water is tap water, and the inlet of domestic hot water is connected with tap water. After the tap water enters the wall-hung boiler, it flows through the plate heat exchanger for heating.
The heating process of domestic hot water is as follows:
When domestic hot water needs to be used, such as turning on the shower and the tap. When it is detected that domestic hot water flows in the wall-hung boiler, the water outlet valve of the heating system will be closed immediately, and the valve (namely the three-way valve) connecting the water outlet of the heating system and the plate heat exchanger will be opened at the same time. At this time, heated hot water will flow through the plate heat exchanger, and domestic cold water will enter the plate heat exchanger from the other side. The two streams exchange winning heat in the plate heat exchanger, thus heating the domestic cold water to a specified temperature, and then flowing out into the domestic hot water outlet pipe for washing hands, washing dishes and bathing.
