Principle of San Pu Gas Boiler
Its structural feature is that the front and rear water walls form a variety of furnace arches to promote ignition and combustion and make the combustion more complete. The grate has an air chamber, and the air distribution in the air chamber can be distributed according to the specific coal species burned. Power station boilers are mainly pulverized coal boilers and gas boilers. Gas boiler has large evaporation and high efficiency, and its structure is different from that of chain boiler. Pulverized coal boiler and circulating fluidized bed boiler are similar in structure, but different in principle. Both pulverized coal boilers and circulating fluidized bed boilers adopt bed bottoms with air holes, and primary air is blown from the bed bottom, and secondary air carries pulverized coal into the boiler to form mixed combustion. After burning out, unburned pulverized coal is separated by cyclone separator for re-combustion. Fluidized bed boiler makes pulverized coal form fluidized form, which has better combustion effect and more complete combustion than pulverized coal boiler, and also realizes low-temperature combustion and reduces the emission of nitrogen oxides, which is the principle of San Pu gas boiler.
