General situation of semi-submersible ship development in China

China is the second country to build a self-propelled semi-submersible after the Netherlands.

199965438+In February, COSCO Shipping ordered "Tai 'ankou" 18000-ton semi-submersible and its sister ship "Kangshengkou" from GSI. At the same time, Kaohsiung Shipyard in Taiwan Province Province built the world's largest semi-submersible blue marlin for Norwegian shipowners. (The word "Kou" series is the naming method of COSCO Group for ro-ro ships and semi-submersible ships)

Tai 'ankou is the first large-scale self-propelled semi-submersible ship built in Chinese mainland. The basic design was completed by Vuyk Engineering Center in the Netherlands, and the detailed design was entrusted to Shanghai Ship Research and Design Institute by GSI. 200 1 was launched at GSI on September 18, 2002, and delivered to customers for the first flight on February 18, 2002. The ship has a total length of 156 m, a profile width of 32.26 m, a profile depth of 10 m, a freeboard draft of 7.50 m, a speed of 14 knots, and an endurance of 13000 nautical miles, with a cost of 275 million yuan. It flies the flag of China and enters DNV. The loading deck is 32× 126 m, with a total area of 4065 square meters, total load 17550 tons and deck load 18t/m2. The whole ship has 43 ballast tanks and 2 floating tanks. With the help of four large-displacement low-pressure screw air compressors, it can quickly discharge 4500 cubic meters per hour, and the ballast discharge time is less than 4 hours, allowing the open cargo deck to dive vertically to a depth of 9 meters. It can carry goods weighing more than 10000 tons at sea. It is mainly used for shipping consignments of large steel structures, offshore oil exploitation platforms, submarines and warships. The design of the ship meets the requirements of infinite navigation area and can adapt to sea areas with various climates (such as the Arctic Ocean).

In 2004, Tai 'an port ship, which has been in operation for more than one year, was widened and technically reformed to make the cargo range more suitable. After the transformation, the Taian wheel was widened from 32.2 meters to 36 meters, and the deadweight ton increased from 6,543,800 tons to 20,620 tons. It is equipped with a number of large offshore drilling platforms and has more suitable technical specifications.

In the ocean, especially in the deep sea, it is difficult to accurately fix the hull position, so ordinary ships need to anchor and locate. Taian Wheel is equipped with the most advanced DP dynamic positioning system and SSP-5 podded all-round electric propulsion system. The engine room adopts a highly automatic single driver control system, which can realize automatic driving according to the route set by the computer. DP dynamic positioning system, through the calculation of satellite positioning, high-precision position sensor, anemometer, gyro compass and other parameters, can keenly perform dynamic positioning, automatically control the main propeller and thruster, and make the ship stably position at any preset position. Remote control of the whole ballast water system can keep the ship in proper pitch, stability and rolling period.

Tai 'an Port is equipped with two sets of bow thrusters, each with a power of 800KW. Two sets of SSP-5 pod-type full-rotary electric propulsion systems at the stern, with a total power of 2×4700KW, were jointly developed by Germany's SIMENS Company and Schottel Company, and adopted the form of double propellers, which were respectively installed at both ends of an extension shaft rotating in the same direction. Three medium voltage 3900KW generator sets supply power for two 4700KW pod propellers and two 800KW side propellers. In order to prevent the influence of harmonics on the low-voltage system, two AC units are added to the power system to supply power to the low-voltage distribution panel, which realizes the electrical and magnetic isolation of the low-voltage system.

Because the podded electric propeller replaces the traditional large main diesel engine and giant rudder blade propulsion, the lightweight propeller can rotate 360 degrees. Using DP dynamic positioning system, the ship can be controlled to move flexibly in a very small radius and range, and it can be accurately positioned even when encountering 8-level waves.

The sister ship "Kangshengkou" has the same technical parameters as Tai 'ankou. It was delivered in Guangzhou on August 28th, 2003, and made its maiden voyage to Singapore on August 29th, loading the Ron Tappmeyer drilling platform of Transocean Company to KUTCH Bay in India. The platform is 74m long, 6 1 m wide, 34.44m high and 2500t heavy. It belongs to overweight, ultra-long, ultra-wide and ultra-high cargo, and the diving depth reaches17m. 65438+1October 17 was shipped to India, and the maiden voyage was a complete success. In August, 2008, COSCO Shipping carried out the widening and reconstruction of Kou LUN according to the market demand.

Subsequently, in 2007, COSCO Shipping again ordered two 50,000-ton semi-submersible ships "Xiangyun Kou" and "Xiangruikou" from GSI. Both ships are 50,000 dwt, with a total length of 2 1 6.7m, a loading deck of178m and a width of 43m, with a total area exceeding1standard. The ship adopts advanced electric propulsion system, with two independent engine rooms and two propellers. When one engine room or propulsion system has an accident, it can continue to provide stable power with the help of another independent engine room and propulsion system. Equipped with the most advanced ballast system in the same type of ship, the ship floats from the maximum draft of 26 meters to the normal state faster than similar ships, greatly reducing the time and risk of cargo handling. These advanced designs and configurations can ensure the safety of goods to the greatest extent, thus meeting the special needs of large-scale marine products for transportation safety. The first ship, Xiangyun Kou, was put into operation on 201kloc-0/65438 10. On its maiden voyage, it successfully completed the task of loading two large offshore engineering barges with a width of 30.40m and a weight of more than 3 1000 tons in Singapore.

CCCC Shipping Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CCCC Group, owns two self-propelled semi-submersible ships, one of which is a semi-submersible mother ship, named "Development Road", built at 1978, with a length of 2 15m and a width of 38m, with a gross tonnage of 28,592, and flying the Maltese flag. "Road to Development" is a 25,000-ton semi-submersible ship sailing in an infinite navigation area. It is the first self-propelled semi-submersible ship designed by China (and the first in the world) converted from a liquefied petroleum gas ship. Hanging the flag of other countries to engage in business is mainly to reduce operating costs, with fewer restrictions on navigation routes, which is conducive to the operation of shipping enterprises. Another newly-built semi-submersible "WISH WAY" also arrived in Dampier Port, Australia with a cargo weighing about 4,000 tons from Jutao Offshore Base in Penglai, Shandong Province on 20 10, and started its maiden voyage.

The "Road of Hope" is156m long, 36m wide and10m deep, with a maximum dive depth of19m and a total lifting deck area of 4,300m2. The ship is the first large-tonnage self-propelled semi-submersible designed and built by China, and will mainly carry special large-scale goods such as offshore oil exploitation platforms, large-scale engineering ships, large-scale offshore engineering components and offshore wind power generation facilities. "Hope Road" controls two sets of propulsion motors to drive propellers jointly or independently through voltage transformation and frequency conversion devices, with two head propellers at the head and two flap rudder at the tail, which has DP- 1 dynamic positioning capability. The left and right tail buoys are respectively equipped with wire rope anchor winch and auxiliary operation anchor, which have shallow water mooring function. At the same time, "Road of Hope" innovatively adopted a 24-pulse AC -DC- AC variable frequency speed regulation system in China, and adopted a large number of artificial intelligence technologies based on bus communication and optical fiber transmission technology. All controls can be remotely controlled through the computer visual interface to realize the digital remote control of the whole ship; The newly-developed marine multimedia integrated data processing and communication system (MDPCS) realizes the visual real-time monitoring of the remote dispatching, remote command and remote management of ships by the shore-based departments through the visual intelligent man-machine interface, and remotely monitors and observes the running states of various systems and equipment, and automatically evaluates their working states.

Guangzhou Salvage Bureau owns the 30,000-ton self-propelled semi-submersible "Hua Hailong". Hua Hailong has a total length of 182.2 m, a width of 43.6 m, a depth of1m, a full draft of 7.5 m, a deadweight of 30,000 tons, a lifting capacity of 20,000 tons, a main deck area of 6,270 square meters, a speed of 12 knots and a power of DP-65438+. The ship completed its maiden voyage in March 20 12.

Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. owns a 50,000-ton self-propelled semi-submersible ship "Offshore Oil 278". "Offshore Oil 278" is fully invested by Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd., undertaken by China Merchants Heavy Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and designed by the 708th Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Corporation. On March 3, 2065438, CNOOC Engineering Co., Ltd. signed a construction contract with China Merchants Heavy Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and on July 9, 2065438, "Offshore Oil 278" was built, which was the second semi-submersible platform built by China Merchants Heavy Industry after "Hua Hailong". With the close cooperation of shipowners, shipyards, No.708 Institute and China Classification Society, it took nearly two years to build this advanced semi-submersible self-propelled engineering ship with the shortest construction period of similar ships, and it was successfully delivered on March 12. The ship has a total hull length of 22 1.6m, a profile width of 42.0m, a profile depth of 13.3m, a draft of 26.8m, a ballast water carrying capacity of 50,424 tons and a total carrying capacity of 53,500 tons. It is the first self-propelled semi-submersible platform with dynamic positioning in the world. The ship has DP-2 dynamic positioning function, full electric drive and the highest degree of automation in the world.

"Ocean Youshi 278" has a deck area of 7,500 square meters, which is equivalent to the size of two football fields. It can be used for the installation, loading and unloading of large blocks and the transportation of large steel structures such as drilling platforms. "Haiyang Youshi 278" can also be used as a floating dock to undertake dock repair of special engineering ships; It can transport the world's most advanced sixth-generation drilling platform "Haiyang Shiyou 981"; It can also be used as a support ship for deep water projects. With the advanced and powerful dynamic positioning system and self-propelled ability, it can sail synchronously with the deep-water pipe-laying ship "Haiyang Youshi 20 1", providing large-scale engineering materials such as sea pipes and serving the infinite navigation area. "Offshore Oil 278" was commissioned by Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. to operate in the Dutch terminal.

In addition, Zhejiang Xia Zhiyuan Shipping also owns a 40,000-ton self-propelled semi-submersible "Xia Zhiyuan 6". Xia Zhiyuan 6 is a self-propelled semi-submersible ship with advanced electric propulsion technology. The captain195.2m, width 410.5m, gross tonnage 32,793 tons and deadweight tonnage 38,000 tons. The maximum dive depth is 23 meters, and the deck area is more than 6,000 square meters. The ship started its maiden voyage on 20 12, 1 1.

COSCO Shipping 50,000-ton Semi-submersible Ship

In addition to Tai 'ankou and Kangshengkou, on August 28th, 2008, COSCO Shipping entrusted Guangzhou Shipyard to build two 50,000-ton semi-submersible ships, the first of which was officially started at Guangzhou Huangpu Shipyard. The ship is expected to be officially delivered in September 20 10, and will become the largest and most technologically advanced semi-submersible ship in Asia.

The 50,000-ton semi-submersible is the first marine engineering ship built by Guangzhou Longxue Shipyard. It was jointly built by GSI and Huangpu Shipyard, with a total cost of about 700 million yuan. The ship adopts advanced technologies such as digital control, double independent engine rooms, double propellers and electric propulsion, with a total length of 2 1 6.7m, a width of 43m, a depth of13m, a loading deck of178m, a width of 43m, a total area of over1standard football field and a carrying capacity of 50,000 tons. The draft of floating cargo is 9.68m, and that of diving is 26.8m.. Equipped with DPZ-class dynamic positioning system, the design speed is 14 knots and the endurance is 18000 nautical miles. The ship's ballast tanks have a capacity of 80,000 tons and more than 90 ballast tanks. With the help of a large air compressor, the ballast time is only 4 hours. The owner's power grid is 6600V and 60HZ medium voltage power grid; The structural design of the whole ship has taken into account that the scale and load capacity can be increased with a little modification in the future. It can ship a drilling platform with a weight of 30,000 tons and a center of gravity of 25 meters by submerged load, and it can also ship a complete set of equipment with a weight of 20,000 tons by ship side or stern.

The hull is a fully welded steel structure with a bulbous bow, equipped with two propellers, two rudders and two bows for lateral propulsion, and four main diesel engines for power generation and electric propulsion. The ship is a heavy deck ship, with a plate weight of more than 20,000 tons and a steel plate thickness of 35 mm, and uses a lot of high-strength steel. During the construction process, the requirements of power station debugging, hull welding and tightness test are high. According to the contract, the first ship will be delivered before September 30, 20 10. The construction of another sister ship started on March 30th, 2009 at Huangpu Shipbuilding Changzhou Factory, and it is expected to be delivered on March 30th, 20 1 1. By August 3rd, 2009, the first section of the 50,000-ton semi-submersible (the bottom section of the rear engine room) had been hoisted and docked. This marks the transition of the ship from subsection manufacturing to substantive subsection loading and assembly stage. On June 28th, 2065438+0/KLOC-0, the naming ceremony of the 50,000-ton semi-submersible "Xiangruikou" was held in Guangzhou Nansha Zhongchuan Longxue Shipbuilding Base, and it will be officially put into operation next month. This indicates that the construction level of high-end and high value-added special ships in South China has reached a new level, which will enhance the international competitive strength of China ocean-going special ship transportation.

With the rapid growth of global oil consumption, oil prices have hit record highs, investment in deep-sea oil and gas projects is in the ascendant, and the transportation demand of drilling platforms, oil and gas production equipment and other related equipment is growing rapidly. However, there are only 19 self-propelled semi-submersible boats suitable for large-scale offshore platform transportation in the world, and the capacity is seriously insufficient. However, there are only 10 semi-submersible ships of 50,000 tons and above in the world, and there are no new orders except COSCO Shipping. Of these 10 semi-submersible ships, 6 are converted from single-hull tankers with an average ship age of over 2 1 year, 2 are converted from ordinary cargo ships of 19 years, and the remaining 2 are also expected to be 20 13. Two new 50,000-ton semi-submersible ships of COSCO Shipping have broad market prospects after they are put into use. The company has signed 68 transportation contracts for large-scale offshore engineering equipment, and the contract period has been arranged to 20 10. Following the successful joint construction of Xiangyun Kou, the first 50,000-ton semi-submersible ship in South China at the beginning of 20 1 1, on July 23rd, 201/,Guangzhou GSI and Guangzhou CSSC Huangpu Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. jointly built Asia's largest and world-leading 50,000-ton semi-submersible ship No.2.

This type of ship is a special ship tailored by COSCO Shipping Co., Ltd. to meet the development, construction and transportation needs of deep-sea oil fields around the world. There are two boats. It adopts the most advanced technology in the world, such as electric propulsion and digital control. It has the characteristics of high degree of automation, difficult design, complex structure, high construction requirements and strong construction planning. It is the symbolic product of the construction of "the largest marine engineering construction base in South China" in the sea area of CSSC Longxue Shipbuilding Base. This is also the first time that a ship enterprise in South China has designed and built such a complex and difficult special marine engineering ship in detail, which has created a precedent for two ship enterprises in CSSC to cooperate in shipbuilding, marking a new step in the construction level of high-end and high value-added special ships in South China. Through the construction of 50,000-ton semi-submersible and the breakthrough of key technologies in core construction, the strength of Huangpu Shipbuilding in the field of marine engineering has been greatly improved. With the two semi-submersible ships put into operation one after another, the ship owner COSCO Shipping's special professional fleet capacity has been improved again, and it has been at the world leading level in marine engineering transportation technology.

The first semi-submersible of China Navy joined the battle sequence, with a displacement of 20,000 tons.

On the morning of July 20 10/5, the first semi-submersible Dongdao ship joined the battle sequence of the People's Navy. Ship number 868, length 175.5m, width 32.4m, displacement of more than 20,000 tons, equipped with submersible ballast system, with strong ro-ro ship capacity, which can haul heavy equipment parts and small ships, and can also be used as a temporary dock to carry out emergency repairs on damaged ships at sea.

General situation of world semi-submersible ship market

There are mainly four companies operating semi-submersible boats in the world, which are in an oligopoly state. In addition to COSCO Shipping, the other three companies are Kvis Shipping Company, Norwegian Ocean Shipping Company (OHT) and Dutch FAIRSTAR Company.

DOCKWISE Company of the Netherlands, founded in 1994, is the largest multi-purpose marine heavy transport company in the world at present, with 22 semi-submersible vessels of various types, with a total deadweight of 783,000 tons. Among them, 5 are dedicated to transport yachts, 6 are modified tankers (T series) and 9 are open decks, with an average age of 22 years. Among them, 19 ships are over 20 years old, and most of them will be retired within 10 years. On June 23rd, 2006, 65438+February 23rd, Heerema(76%) and WW(24%) sold all their shares in Dockwise to 3i, a world-renowned private equity management company, at a transaction price of over 700 million dollars. 3i decided that Dockwise's management team at that time would continue to manage the company.

Norwegian Ocean Shipping Company (OHT) owns four semi-submersible ships, all of which are refitted from oil tankers, with a deadweight of 1.73 million tons and an average ship age of 23 years. In June 2006, the first semi-submersible ship "Eagle" modified from an oil tanker was launched and put into use. The fourth "Eagle" was launched and put into operation in June 2008.

The Dutch company Felstar was founded on July 8, 2005, and its headquarters is in Rotterdam. The company transformed two semi-submersible ships into self-propelled semi-submersible ships. Among them, the "Fjord" with an age of 8 years and a load of 24,500 tons was put into use in early 2008. The "Fjell" was delivered at the end of 2008, with an age of 8 years and a load of 1.93 million tons.

Other potential competitors are mainly Norwegian SEAMETRIC, Dutch ROLLDOCK and COMBI-LIFT. Among them, Norwegian SEAMETRIC Company invested 500 million yuan to build the world's first double-load crane with a lifting capacity of 20,000 tons and two 35,000-ton semi-submersible transport ships in China. The Dutch company ROLLDOCK ordered 8 8300DWT semi-submersible heavy cargo ships and 4 10000DWT semi-submersible heavy cargo ships, and the first one was delivered in early 2009. COMBI-LIFT ordered four semi-submersible heavy cargo ships 1 1000DWT, two of which have been launched.

In addition, a special competitor is China Zhenhua Port Machinery Group. Before 1998, the semi-submersible ship of Dutch DOCKWISE company monopolized the global ocean transportation of port machinery. The port machinery built by Zhenhua Port Machinery Co., Ltd. will cost a huge sum of money to rent its ship and transport it to Europe and America. It's expensive and not on time, and the price has been raised again and again. It forced Zhenhua Port Machinery to build 22 60,000-ton cargo ships in one breath, and pushed DOCKWISE of the Netherlands out of the port machinery transportation market. Faced with the shrinking of the traditional market, Dockwise Company of the Netherlands seized the opportunity of deep-sea oil field development and gradually set foot in the semi-submersible ship in the oil drilling platform market. In the past two years, Zhenhua Group also quickly entered the semi-submersible transport market, transforming four semi-submersible ships.

In 2006, most of the 1 13 oil drilling platforms damaged by two hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico needed to be moved to South Korea and other Asian regions for maintenance. Moreover, with the gradual depletion of offshore oil resources, the demand for offshore oil exploitation by large offshore drilling platforms has increased rapidly, so the semi-submersible ship business has also entered a prosperous period.

The largest semi-submersible in the world

BLUE MARLIN, a semi-submersible owned by DOCKWISE Company in the Netherlands, is the largest semi-submersible in the world at present. It was built by Taiwan Province CSSC Kaohsiung Xiaogang Shipyard (No.725) and delivered in April 2000. Originally owned by Oslo Marine Heavy Transport Company of Norway, it was sold to DOCKWISE Company of the Netherlands on July 6th, 200 1. Captain 2 17m, width 42m, draft 10m, unobstructed loading deck 178.2m, area 72 15 m2, main engine power 12640 kw, two propellers power 2,000kW each, and total tonnage 57,000t. The ship also has a sister ship "Heimalin", which is also 57,000 tons.

In 2004, the blue marlin was refitted at Hyundai Ulsan Weipu Shipyard in South Korea for three months, and its hull was lengthened by 7.5 meters to 224.5 meters. The hull is widened by 2 1 m, reaching 63m; The mould depth is13.3m, and the gross tonnage is increased to 764 10/0t. Normal draft10m, maximum diving depth of 28.4m, maximum diving depth of stern deck16m. The uncovered deck area is increased to11227m2, the deck load is 27.5t/m2, and the cargo under 73,000 tons can be transported at the speed of 13.3 knots. The main propulsion engine is changed into two azimuth pod propellers, each with a power of 4500KW and can rotate 360 degrees, which can provide excellent maneuverability and seakeeping when carrying heavy goods.

The most dangerous sea mission in the world

The construction of semi-submersible is complicated and the use process is more dangerous. Because it is loaded with thousands of tons of super-large parts, it has a high center of gravity and poor stability, and is easily affected by wind and waves. A little carelessness will cause a serious accident of shipwreck death. Therefore, before each voyage, all kinds of data in the process of ship loading and transportation must be calculated with professional software to control risks. 1999165438+1On 2 October, the semi-submersible "Mighty Servant 2" of Dutch Dockwise Shipping Company ran aground and sank in Indonesian waters, at which time five crew members were killed. On the morning of June 6th, 2006, 65438+February 6th, the semi-submersible "Mighty Servant 3" of Dutch Dockwise Shipping Company accidentally sank while working in the waters of Luanda Port, Angola. The sea was calm when the accident happened, but it was only 30 minutes from the accident to the sinking of the semi-submersible ship. All the 2 1 crew on the mighty servant No.3 were rescued. The rig "Aleutian Keys" was also safe and sound, and none of the 83 crew members on the rig were killed or injured.

In the case of repeated failures of foreign counterparts, in February 2003, COSCO Shipping successfully transported a new terminal weighing more than 3,000 tons from Indonesia to South Korea, marking the successful entry of COSCO Shipping into the market.

In May 2003, the second voyage of Tai 'ankou was successfully carried from Singapore to Corpus Christi, Texas, USA. This is the first super-large deep-sea oil exploration equipment built in Singapore, and it also set a record for the largest single weight of COSCO's marine cargo at that time.

In July 2003, Tai 'an Bucket Wheel loaded the superstructure of a large oil and gas drilling platform of Talisman Company in Malaysia into the Gulf of Thailand at Vietnam Modern Shipyard. The module has a length of 60m, a width of 32m, a height of 64.2m, a center of gravity of 30.35m, a weight of 10900t and a cost of nearly 900 million RMB. However, due to the shipowner's deliberate underreporting of cargo weight, the stability of drilling platform module is extremely poor during the ro-ro process, which seriously affects the safety of ships and cargo. After calculation, the technicians think that the reason is that the weight of the goods exceeds100t. The captain has repeatedly negotiated with the shipper to take measures to reduce the weight of the goods, but the other party said that the overweight problem was caused by the inaccurate storage of water in the water tank on board. In order to convince the owner and the factory with facts, the three parties formed a joint inspection team to open the water tanks one by one and check the water storage capacity. The final data fully confirmed that the crew's calculation was completely accurate. The shipper had to accept the captain's suggestion and unload 120 tons of fresh water from the platform height, which lowered the height of the center of gravity and finally successfully completed the offshore positioning and installation.

June 5438+October 2004 10, the fourth mission of Taian Kouan was to transport the magnolia fastening drilling platform module of ConocoPhillips from Samsung Shipyard in South Korea to Corpus Christi in the United States. The module is 85 meters long, 85 meters wide and 45 meters high, and weighs 10900 tons. Taian port ship not only needs to transport this huge thing to its destination smoothly, but also needs to make centimeter-level high-precision dynamic positioning docking with the drilling platform column at sea. With the efforts of the crew, the use of dynamic positioning system has created a successful record.

Subsequently, on the fifth voyage, Taian Kerr will load an offshore natural gas production and processing platform with a length of 64 meters, a width of 29.98 meters, a height of 13.6 meters and a weight of 4,678 tons and a control platform with a length of 30 meters, a width of 28 meters, a height of 10 meters and a weight of 277 1 ton in the Mississippi waterway of the United States. Due to the narrow inland waterway, frequent passing ships and strong tidal current, it is not allowed to close the navigation when diving and loading, so it is necessary to carry out two diving operations. It can be said that the operation is extremely complicated. The entrusting party is very worried about this, and specially invited more than 10 international experts to make a special demonstration. In order to eliminate the worries of the shipper, the captain at that time took the initiative to introduce the advanced performance of the ship and the loading experience of Tai 'an Bucket Wheel to the shipper and experts. With the cooperation of Qi Xin, the crew overcame many unfavorable factors, such as strong wind, fast current and many ships, and successfully loaded the goods on board, which won unanimous praise from shippers and experts.

Before Tai 'an Port was put into operation, the world super-large cargo transportation market was monopolized by European countries. With the efforts of China Shipping Company, this situation was successfully broken. In September 2004, when ExxonMobil Oil Company, the world's largest oil company, audited Taian Kouan, two specially appointed international senior auditors strictly examined 407 items in a harsh way, and finally passed with a high score of 90.7, becoming the first ship in COSCO system to pass the second-party management audit of ExxonMobil senior customers.

On August 14, 2006, the sister ship "Kang Shengkou" of "Tai 'ankou" successfully ro-ro the oil platform PUQC weighing 6,386 tons in Ulsan, South Korea in about 8 hours, setting a new record for similar ships and similar goods in the world. The whole loading process only took 7 hours and 54 minutes, which was 3.5 hours shorter than the planned loading time, and also set a new record for ro-ro similar goods.

On the morning of June 5438+1October 3, 2009, Tai 'ankou, a new semi-submersible ship of COSCO Shipping, was in Malaysia. The upper module of BOA project with a height of 94m, a width of102m and a weight of about12900t was successfully installed at a fixed point by using DP dynamic positioning system, which once again set a new record for DP installation of semi-submersible.
