Since April 5th, 20**, under the direct leadership of the Education Bureau, our school has strictly implemented the spirit of the document "Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Implementing the Nutrition Improvement Plan for Rural Compulsory Education Students", and implemented the nutrition improvement plan in accordance with the spirit of State Councilor Liu Yandong's speech and the requirements of the national video conference on the nutrition improvement plan for rural compulsory education students. The work over the past year is reported as follows.
I. Basic information of the school
Dongxiuzhuang School has made some achievements, won some honors and been commended many times, which has aroused social concern. In 20 10, it was rated as an advanced school-running unit in mountainous areas, won the second place in the comprehensive evaluation of mountainous areas in 2010/0, and won the advanced school-running unit in junior high school in 20 12, gradually showing its own school-running characteristics. Second, management pays attention to process systematization, teaching implements three inspections, four examinations and one commendation, moral education implements daily inspection, weekly evaluation and monthly summary, and teaching and research strictly regulates the three-block and five-step teaching process operation. At the same time, actively learn the teaching mode introduced by Wuzhai County Third Primary School, and strive to create an efficient classroom.
Second, implement the nutrition improvement plan by multiple measures.
1. Take the system as the guarantee and implement the spirit of the superior documents.
The nutrition improvement plan of our school implements the principal responsibility system. Before the implementation of the plan, according to the "Implementation Plan of Nutrition Improvement Plan for Rural Compulsory Education Students in Wuzhai County (Trial)" and the actual situation of the school, we formulated the "Implementation Plan of Nutrition Improvement Plan for Students in Dongxiuzhuang United School (Trial)". At the same time, the Emergency Plan for Food Safety Accidents of Dongxiuzhuang School Students' Nutrition Improvement Plan was formulated, and a leading group for the nutrition improvement plan was established. Combined with the management of school canteens, a series of systems, such as hygiene system, food sample retention system, food purchase acceptance system, food purchase voucher system and tableware disinfection management system, were improved, which made sufficient institutional preparations for the implementation of the plan. After the implementation of the plan on April 5, 20 12, under the supervision and leadership of the county supervision office and the Nutrition Office of the Education Bureau, the system was put on the wall and a supervision team was set up to accept the supervision of parents, teachers and students. This year, the Nutrition Diet Committee was established to scientifically and nutritionally distribute students' meals according to the actual situation of the school.
2. Strict management to ensure that all the money in 3 yuan is eaten by students.
At the beginning of each semester, the director of logistics and the accountant will work out the nutrition improvement plan cookbook (Annex 1), and the cookbook will take ten days as a cycle to make a detailed and clear plan for the nutrition distribution plan of 3 yuan money for boarders and day students. After that, we will strictly follow this plan to purchase food for a week, summarize it once every ten days and once a month, keep abreast of the use of funds and standardize the allocation of funds. Every purchase, the buyer should ask the supplier for the bill, which will be credited to the special account for nutritious meals after being approved by the person in charge; The food purchased is inspected by the nutritious meal inspector. After passing the inspection, the two people sign the receipt form and put it into storage. When the food raw materials leave the warehouse, the affairs department shall count the quantity, check the quality and hand them over to the food processor. If there are no quality problems, the supervisor will sign the daily student meal registration form. Food processors must also take the last step. If there are problems with food raw materials (such as cracked eggs, weaning, etc. In the process of handling, they should respond in time and handle it in time. Students' enjoyment of nutritious meals every day is recorded on the nutritious meal sign sheet, and the class teacher and student representatives supervise whether 3 yuan's money finally reaches the students' mouths. The files formed above shall be managed by the inspector.
3. Strictly check to ensure students' healthy diet.
Under the unified leadership of the Nutrition Office of the Education Bureau, the nutritious meals in our school are mainly fruits, meat, eggs and milk. Milk is delivered by Yin, the agent of Mengniu Group in Wuzhai County, eggs are delivered by Yangkezhuang Chicken Factory, pork is delivered by Wuzhai Far East Company, and fruits are delivered by Xinhaiyuan Non-staple Food Fruit Shop in Wuzhai County. Among them, Mengniu agent and Far East Company are the successful bidders for nutritious meals, and Yangkezhuang chicken factory and fruit shop are designated food purchasing points for our school. All these manufacturers have hygiene licenses.
At the beginning of each year, the school canteen first reviews the catering service license, and employees go to the county hospital for physical examination, apply for health certificates, and start cooking after everything is ready. Food raw materials should be stored in a special warehouse by a special person. Food processing personnel are not allowed to work with illness, and other personnel are not allowed to enter the operation room. Tableware shall be disinfected once a week by a special person and recorded. In short, the school strictly controls the purchase, storage, processing and consumption of food to ensure that students eat safely and healthily.
4. Continuously improve and gradually improve students' nutrition.
20 12 last semester, the meat in our school was mainly fresh pork. After a while, I found that students don't like to eat pork with a little fat, so we mainly focus on lean meat and now change it to ribs. Students prefer spareribs, which have higher nutritional value than fresh meat. The fruits are mainly apples, pears, pineapples, bananas and oranges. They are all purchased in combination with the season as far as possible, and the school tries to allocate them reasonably so that students can eat nutrition.
5. Actively publicize and make the national policy of benefiting the people a household name.
Parents are very much looking forward to the nutrition improvement plan, because they have known about this policy of benefiting the people through TV before. In order to let parents have a deeper understanding of the plan, at the beginning of the implementation of the plan, our school held parents' meetings in junior high school and primary school respectively to publicize the national policy and read out the implementation plan of our school's nutrition improvement plan, so that every parent can know that all students in rural compulsory education schools can enjoy nutrition subsidy funds. The national subsidy standard is that each student spends 200 days in school every day in 3 yuan, and each student spends 200 days in 600 yuan every year. Moreover, all the funds must be eaten in the students' mouths and cannot be used for other purposes, nor can the freight and processing fees be deducted from them. This year, the Nutrition Office of the Education Bureau will distribute the beautifully-produced publicity materials of the Nutrition Improvement Plan for Rural Compulsory Education Students to every student for free, so that every student and parent can have a deep understanding of the policy and truly become a household name.
Third, the good social response after the implementation of the nutrition improvement plan.
The implementation of nutritious meals has improved school meals. The standard of students' meals has been raised from the original birthday in 8 yuan to 1 1 yuan, and from 10 yuan to 13 yuan in junior high school. School meals are higher than the daily living standard of ordinary families in rural areas, so students are happy to live on campus and go to the kitchen. When Director Zhang Zhuoyu came to our school to investigate nutritious meals last May, he asked a third-grade pupil if he wanted to go home. Do you eat well at school or at home? The little guy replied happily: no, the school is good. After that, more than a dozen day students in Dongxiuzhuang Village also applied to live in the school. The country people said bluntly that they had eaten well for school. Last winter, our school organized three parent-teacher conferences for the ninth grade, junior high school and primary school, and none of the comments were related to school meals. In this year's physical education test for senior high school entrance examination, there are 32 candidates, 5 with 49 points, 26 with 44-48 points, and 35 points 1, which fully proves that the physical quality of our students is excellent. Although this can't be attributed to nutritious meals, it certainly has a lot to do with the implementation of nutritious meals.
Iv. suggestions on the nutrition improvement plan
The implementation scope of the nutrition improvement plan is students in the nine-year compulsory education stage, excluding students in the pre-school education stage. There are six preschool children in our school. When other children drink milk and eat fruit, these children are watching eagerly. The head teacher had to give them some children in the senior class and suggested that nutritious meals should be given to preschool children if possible.
The implementation of the nutrition improvement plan for compulsory education students not only improves the food standard of students in rural schools, continuously improves nutrition and strengthens their physique, but also invisibly enhances the attraction of rural schools and stabilizes the students in weak schools. It is indeed a good policy that benefits the people's livelihood of the school.
