Article 4 Domestic waste is divided into the following categories according to relevant national regulations and different attributes and treatment methods: (1) Recyclable materials refer to recyclable wastes such as paper, plastic utensils, metals, glass and fabrics; (2) harmful waste refers to wastes containing mercury lamp tubes, household chemicals, batteries containing lead, mercury and cadmium, etc., which cause direct or potential harm to human health or the natural environment; (3) Kitchen waste refers to perishable and organic wastes such as vegetable scraps, vegetable leaves, melon and fruit skins, leftovers, meat and bones, aquatic products and internal organs of livestock and poultry. According to the difference of kitchen waste generated in families, catering services, farmers' markets and other places, it is divided into household kitchen waste, kitchen waste and other kitchen waste; (4) Other garbage refers to wastes other than the first three items, including big bones, napkins, toilet paper, diapers, plastic bags, flowerpots, ceramics, etc. Wastes such as furniture and household appliances, which have strong integrity and exceed the volume of domestic garbage collection containers, are called large-scale garbage.

Article 29 Units collecting and transporting domestic garbage shall collect and transport domestic garbage in a timely manner: (1) Collect and transport recyclables, harmful waste and bulky garbage regularly or by appointment; (two) the daily collection and transportation of kitchen waste; (three) the daily or regular collection and transportation of other garbage.
