I'm a bachelor's degree graduate, a freshman, and I saw the job posting on the Internet, (make sure to go on a reliable job site oh! Avoid advertisements, so I won't give any examples) and then submitted my resume online. I submitted my resume last Saturday night and received an interview call early this morning. I was asked a lot of questions on the phone, such as my impression of MJ, my career plan, why I chose MJ, and whether I could adapt to working shifts and so on. Then she said she passed, gave me a downtown store address and phone number, and told me to bring my resume and such to the store the next day for the next round of interviews with XX supervisors.
Hmmmm, I'm on the fence about going, so hopefully this step I went through myself will help.
Ps. I don't know what your store manager's intentions are ...... hey~~
