On October 7th, Phoenix. com learned that the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Shijiazhuang issued the Announcement on Adjusting the Image Progress of Pre-sale Permit for Commercial Housing Projects in our city. The Announcement shows that according to the relevant requirements of provinces and cities on strictly implementing the urban main responsibility system to promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate market, in order to further standardize the order of real estate development in our city, effectively safeguard and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people, and avoid the delay or even "unfinished" of real estate development enterprises due to lack of strength.

1. According to the principle of "new project and new method, old project and old method", the image progress of traditional building pre-sale permit will be increased from one-third of the total design floors to the main ceiling for real estate development projects sold after October 8, 2121 (excluding those included in the real estate legacy, unfinished buildings, special rectification accounts and the accounts of urban villages and old city reconstruction projects left over from history);

2. passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings, fabricated buildings and commercial housing projects in the central business district will continue to be implemented according to the original policy;
