If an individual raises a dog, the following materials shall be provided when handling the dog registration:

Personal identification information;

Information on residential places such as real estate and house leasing;

Dog immunization, photos and other related information;

Relevant certification materials for the blind, severely disabled and sick people, and relevant certification materials for professional auxiliary dogs.

Dogs imported from abroad shall also provide inspection and quarantine information of entry goods issued by entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions.

A dog-raising unit shall meet the following conditions:

Be able to bear legal responsibilities independently;

Having reasonable purposes such as keeping property, exhibitions and performances;

Have a sound dog management system;

There is a special person to manage the dog, and it is clear that the special person is responsible;

There are dog cages, kennels, fences and other captive facilities.

Dog-raising units shall provide the following materials when handling dog registration:

Legal persons and other organizations unify social credit code information;

Identity information of the legal representative of the unit;

Written materials of the dog safety management system;

Unit kennel place information;

If a guard dog is raised, a written explanation and a schematic diagram of the warning area shall be submitted;

Dog immunization, photos and other related information;
