Nanjing cuisine:
First, the cake group is small [Nanjing Gulou, Jiangsu]
1. The cake jiaozi is relatively small: Jiangnan people are sweeter, so the traditional cake jiaozi is still very popular in Nanjing.
2. Nanjing people pay attention to sweet but not evil when eating sweets, and they are glutinous but not sticky, which is called excellent dessert.
In addition, it's not enough to eat delicious food, and the color of the cake is outstanding. Therefore, most of Nanjing's cakes are exquisite, colorful, sweet and soft, and full of fragrance. A pot of good green tea will be the best taste.
Second, Nanjing-duck blood vermicelli soup [Qinhuai District, Nanjing, Jiangsu]
1. It seems that using duck blood to make vermicelli soup is only available in Nanjing.
I know there are two best ones, one is in Zheng Hong Street (a famous shopping street in Nanjing, as everyone knows), and the other is in the alley behind the Drum Tower Telecommunication Bureau. The shop is very small, and there is a big pot in front of it, in which duck soup keeps rolling.
3. Put the prepared vermicelli into the soup, slightly hot, put it into a bowl, pour the soup, and add the ingredients: duck blood, duck intestines, duck liver, mustard tuber, coriander and spicy oil. The master of the operation is extremely fast, and the whole process takes less than a minute.
Even so, you often have to wait in line for the pot to make sure you get the first hand.
3. Jinling salted duck [Qinhuai District, Nanjing, Jiangsu]
1. Origin: Jiangsu, China. ?
2. History: Valley-fed ducks produced in Nanjing are fat, white and tender, and they became famous throughout the province in the Song Dynasty.
3. At that time, duck meat was popular in Nanjing, and once had the reputation of "Jinling duck is the best in the world".
4. After the Ming Dynasty made Jinling its capital, "Jinling Roast Duck" appeared, followed by "Jinling Salted Duck".
The duck is made of "osmanthus duck" in Mid-Autumn Festival, pickled with hot salt and clear water, and then taken out and hung in the shade to dry. After the duck is cooked, it is fresh, tender and delicious, with a unique flavor.
6. Therefore, it was well-known at home and abroad in the Ming Dynasty, just like the "Nanjing salted duck" that appeared in the late Ming Dynasty.
Nanjing special attractions:

In front of the coffin-shaped body exhibition room, a 4-meter-high statue of mother was erected, and the white bones excavated from mass graves and some lists of victims were preserved in the room.
Third, Xuanwu Lake Park.
1. Xuanwu Lake was called Sangbo and Houhu in ancient times, with a history of 1500 years.
2. In the Six Dynasties, it was a royal garden; in the Ming Dynasty, it was a Huangshuguan, a forbidden area for the royal family; in the Qing Dynasty, it was converted into a park.
Xuanwu Lake, located in the center of Nanjing, is a national scenic spot at the foot of Zijin Mountain, the largest royal garden lake in China, the only remaining royal garden in Jiangnan and one of the three famous lakes in Jiangnan. It is the largest city park in the south of the Yangtze River and is known as the "Pearl of Jinling".
On the right is the towering Ming City Wall, the beautiful Jiuhua Mountain and the antique Jiming Temple. Xuanwu Lake is nearly five miles from Fiona Fang, which is divided into five continents (Zhou Huan, Yingzhou, Lingzhou, Liangzhou and Cuizhou). The continents are connected by dikes and bridges, and there are mountains and waters everywhere, which are picturesque all year round.
5. Raise fish and lotus in the lake. In summer and autumn, the water is green, pink lotus flowers are hidden among them, and the lake is fragrant and the scenery is charming.
