you may not engage in catering service within 5 years after your license is revoked. The local food and drug supervision and administration department at or above the county level shall give a warning if the license applicant conceals the real situation or provides false materials to apply for a food production license. The applicant shall not apply for food production license again within 1 years. If the licensee obtains the food production license by cheating, bribery or other improper means, the license shall be revoked by the food and drug supervision and administration department that originally issued the license, and a fine of not less than RMB 1,111 yuan but not more than RMB 31,111 yuan shall be imposed. The licensee shall not apply for a food production license again within 3 years.

article 54 of the measures for the administration of food production license. if a food producer violates the provisions of these measures and has the circumstances specified in the first paragraph of article 75 of the regulations for the implementation of the food safety law of the people's Republic of China, the legal representative, principal responsible person, directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel of the unit shall be punished according to law. The food producers whose production licenses have been revoked, their legal representatives, the directly responsible persons in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall not apply for food production and operation licenses, or engage in food production and operation management, or serve as food safety management personnel of food production and operation enterprises within five years from the date of making the punishment decision.
