2. Conductivity meter
The feed water conductivity meter can set an alarm, and the desalination rate of RO can be estimated by feed water conductivity and produced water conductivity.
3, pressure gauge
Water outlet pressure gauge, water supply pressure gauge and drainage pressure gauge are used to calculate the pressure drop of each section of reverse osmosis water treatment equipment, which plays an important role in maintaining the stability of water production and salt permeability.

When it is necessary to add acid to prevent CaCO3 from scaling in the feed water, a pH meter should be installed after adding acid.
When using cellulose acetate membrane, besides preventing CaCO3 from scaling, it is more important to keep pH at 5.7. In addition to indicating, recording and setting the over-limit alarm, it can also automatically control the discharge of unqualified feed water, stop the reverse osmosis water treatment equipment, and adjust the proportion and integral of the acid adding system with the flowmeter.
5. Flow tray
Flowmeters are used to monitor water production and standardize RO performance data. The product water flow shall be indicated, accumulated and recorded. The concentrated water drainage flowmeter should indicate, accumulate and record when monitoring the displacement in operation.
6, redox potential table
After adding sodium bisulfite to eliminate residual chlorine in water supply, an oxidation-reduction potentiometer should be installed with instructions, records and over-limit alarm.
