Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 According to the "physical examination standards for conscripted citizens", the formulation of this standard.
Article 2 The physical examination for the recruitment of soldier cadets, general secondary school high school graduate cadets and postgraduate cadets from the local area by the military and armed police force academies, the recruitment and selection of national defense students by general schools of higher education, as well as the acceptance by the military of graduates of general schools of higher education, shall be applicable to this standard.
Chapter II Surgical Items
Article 3 Men with a length of 162cm or more, and women with a length of 160cm or more, are qualified. Among them, the length of men in remote and minority areas can be relaxed to 160cm, and the length of women can be relaxed to 158cm.
Men's weight is not more than 25% of the standard body weight and not less than 15% of the standard body weight, and women's weight is not more than 15% of the standard body weight and not less than 15% of the standard body weight, qualified. The formula for calculating the standard weight is:
Standard weight (kg)=length (cm)-110
Article 4 Cranio-cerebral malformations, cranio-cerebral surgeries, traumatic brain injuries, and post-traumatic brain injury syndromes, are not qualified.
Strong neck, strabismus, third-degree goiter, tuberculous lymphadenitis, severe gynecomastia sign, severe gynecomastia, fail.
Article 5 Congenital dysplasia of the limbs, joints and spine resulting in deformity or dysfunction, bone, joint, soft tissue, bursa injuries and diseases and their sequelae, habitual dislocation, chronic diseases of the spine, tendon sheath conditions affecting the function of the limbs, fail.
Mild thoracic deformity (except for submarine specialty); simple fracture with no dysfunction and sequelae one year after healing, qualified.
Article 6 The unequal length of the two lower limbs exceeds 2cm, and the distance between the inner condyles of the femur and the inner ankle of the tibia exceeds 7cm, or gait abnormality though it does not exceed the stipulated range, and one shall be disqualified.
Article 7 Finger (toe) mutilation, deformity, flat feet with complete loss of plantar arches, bunions affecting function, corns, calluses, severe chafing affecting long-distance walking, fail.
Article 8 Malignant tumors or benign tumors with the potential for malignant transformation, benign tumors, cysts, and keloids in various parts of the body affecting facial appearance or function, and keloid scarring, fail.
Article 9 Vasculitis, aneurysm, severe varicose veins of the lower extremities, varicose veins of the spermatic cord, failure. Of these, moderate varicose veins of the lower extremities and varicose veins of the spermatic cord, fail in the command specialty.
Article 10: Vitiligo, scar, nevus, hyperpigmentation, hemangioma, etc., which are larger in size or affect the military appearance, and the naked parts of the body in short uniforms are pierced with "words and patterns" with a diameter of more than 2cm, and the diameter of the other parts of the body is more than 3cm, or there is still a visible scar after surgical treatment, which affects the military appearance, will be disqualified.
The tattoos of ethnic customs and habits in minority areas, and short clothes do not obviously affect the military appearance, shall be qualified.
Article 11 A history of thoracic and abdominal surgery, hernia, prolapse of the anus, anal fistula, severe old anal fissure, circumferential hemorrhoids, mixed hemorrhoids with a diameter of more than 0.5cm or more than two, are not qualified. More than six months after surgery for appendicitis, more than one year after surgery for inguinal hernia and femoral hernia without sequelae, qualified.
Article 12 The deformity or underdevelopment of the genitourinary organs affecting the function, cryptorchidism, inflammation, tuberculosis, stones and other injuries of the genitourinary system and their sequelae shall be disqualified.
The following cases are qualified:
(1) Non-traffic spermatic cord sheath effusion without conscious symptoms is not larger than the healthy testis, and testicular sheath effusion together with the testis is not twice as large as the healthy testis;
(2) Small nodules of the spermatic cord and paratesticular testis without pressure and pain and without conscious symptoms are not more than two, and the diameter of each of them is not more than 0.5cm;
(3) Mild acute phimosis, scrotal inflammation, phimosis, no adhesion between prepuce and glans, cryptorchid testis descending to the scrotum after surgery;
(d) Traffic syringomyelia, no recurrence more than one year after the surgery, no sequelae.
Article 13 Extensive tinea corporis, tinea capitis, severe armpit odor, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, tinea pedis, scabies, psoriasis, lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, chronic eczema and urticaria, neurodermatitis, and other contagious or intractable skin diseases, and those who have a history of close contact with contagious leprosy patients, are not qualified. Among them, ringworm, lichen planus, common acne, frostbite, limited neurodermatitis not exceeding 3cm in diameter, mild armpit odor (except for submarine and armor majors) are qualified.
Article 14 Gonorrhea, syphilis, soft chancre, venereal lymphogranuloma, nongonococcal urethritis, condyloma acuminatum, genital herpes, and AIDS and its carriers are not qualified.
Chapter III Internal Medicine Program
Article 15 Blood pressure systolic 90mmHg to 140mmHg (12.00 kPa to 18.66 kPa), diastolic blood pressure less than 90mmHg (12.00 kPa), and heart rate of 50 beats per minute to 100 beats per minute, qualified.
Article 16 Organic heart disease, hypertension, vascular disease, non-physiologic systolic murmur of the heart, arrhythmia and other chronic cardiovascular diseases, fail.
Article XVII Chronic bronchitis, bronchodilatation, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, pulmonary alveoli, spontaneous pneumothorax, tuberculous pleurisy and other chronic diseases of the respiratory system, fail.
Article 18 Severe chronic gastric and intestinal diseases, diseases of the liver, gallbladder, spleen and pancreas, prolapsed viscera, abdominal masses, anemia, and poor nutritional status are disqualified.
The following conditions are qualified:
(1) In the supine position, breathing calmly, the liver is not more than 1.5cm below the rib margin in the right midclavicular line, and not more than 3cm below the raphe, soft, with thin, smooth sides, no tenderness or buckling pain, and the upper border of the liver is within the normal range;
(2) The spleen is enlarged due to previous malaria, schistosomiasis, or black fever, and is not more than 1cm below the rib margin on the left side; and
(3) The spleen is not more than 1cm below the rib margin on the left side, and is not more than 1cm below the rib margin on the left side. more than 1cm.
Article 19 Rheumatic and rheumatoid diseases, diseases of the urinary, hematological, endocrine and metabolic systems, and diabetes mellitus in all its stages shall be disqualified.
Article 20 Malaria, schistosomiasis, black fever, amoebic dysentery, filariasis, viral hepatitis and other types of infectious diseases, fail. Among them, filariasis, bacterial dysentery cured for more than six months and malaria, black fever, schistosomiasis, amoebic dysentery, leptospirosis, epidemiological hemorrhagic fever cured for more than two years without sequelae, as well as acute viral hepatitis (except for hepatitis B and C) cured for more than a year without relapse, qualified.
Article 21 Epilepsy or other neurological diseases and their sequelae, mental disorders, schizophrenia, neurosis, personality disorders, mental retardation, sleepwalking, enuresis, and psychoactive substance abuse and dependence shall be disqualified.
Article 22 Stuttering that affects the normal expression of speech is not qualified.
Article 23 Severe food, drug and other substance allergies and severe allergies shall be disqualified.
Chapter IV Ear, Nose and Throat Program
Article 24 Bilateral aural hearing of less than 5m on both sides shall be disqualified.
Attaining 5m of whispering on one side and not less than 3m on the other side shall qualify the specialty other than submarine specialty.
Article 25 Obvious auricular deformity, atresia of the external auditory canal, recurrently inflamed preauricular fistula, severe eczema of the external auditory canal, and severe otomycosis (affecting the tympanic membrane or frequent self-conscious symptoms such as tinnitus and hard of hearing) shall be disqualified.
Mild otomycosis, except for surface ship and submarine specialties, passes.
Article 26 Perforation of the tympanic membrane, severe invagination, suppurative otitis media, mastoiditis and other ear diseases are not qualified.
Mild invagination of the tympanic membrane, tympanic membrane scarring or calcified spots not exceeding one-third of the tympanic membrane, good ear air pressure function and tympanic membrane activity, submarine specialty qualified.
Article 27 Vertigo disease, severe motion sickness, seasickness, airsickness, not qualified.
Article 28 Nasal deformity, chronic sinusitis, severe hypertrophic rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, nasal polyps, middle turbinate polypoid lesions and other incurable chronic nasal diseases, fail.
Hypertrophy of the middle turbinate that does not affect sinus drainage, a small amount of mucopurulent secretion from the middle nasal passage without self-conscious symptoms, mild atrophic or hypertrophic rhinitis, recurrent episodes of allergic rhinitis, hypertrophic rhinitis, severe deviated septum and recurrent epistaxis are qualified except in submarine and airborne specialties.
Article 29 Loss of sense of smell is not qualified.
Loss of sense of smell is qualified except for chemical defense, medical and oil specialties.
Article 30 Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, incurable pharyngeal and laryngeal disorders affecting the functions of swallowing and phonation are not qualified.
Chapter V Ophthalmology Program
Article 31 Visual acuity of less than 4.5 (0.3) in the naked eye, corrected visual acuity of less than 4.9 (0.8), and refractive error of ± 6.00DS equivalent spherical lens or more in each eye is not qualified.
Each eye naked eye distance visual acuity of 4.6 (0.4) or more, corrected visual acuity of 4.9 (0.8) or more, refractive error of ± 6.00DS equivalent spherical lenses or less, command, surface ships, submarines, armor, surveying and mapping, radar specialties qualified. Among them, more than six months after excimer laser surgery and no complications, in addition to submarine, airborne specialty qualified, junior high school education requirements right eye 4.9 left eye 4.8 high school education level right eye 4.7 left eye not less than 4.5; college right eye is relaxed to 4.6 left eye for 4.5 as qualified.
Article 32 Red-green color weakness and color blindness shall not be qualified.
Article 33 Diseases of the eyelids, lid margins, conjunctiva, and lacrimal apparatus affecting the function of the eyes shall be disqualified.
Article 34 Proptosis, nystagmus, ocular muscle disease, dyskinesia, dominant strabismus, failure.
Internal occultation exceeding 10Δ, external occultation exceeding 5Δ, and superior occultation exceeding 2Δ, except for the specialties of Command, Surface Ship, Submarine, Airborne, Armor, Surveying and Mapping, and Radar, are qualified.
Article 35 Diseases of the cornea, sclera, iris ciliary body, and pupil distortion are not qualified.
Corneal cloudiness that does not affect visual function, non-progressive pterygium outside the corneal limbus, passes except in the command specialty.
Article 36 Diseases of the lens, vitreous, choroid, retina and optic nerve, glaucoma and suspected glaucoma, fail.
The following cases are qualified:
(1) congenital few scattered small cloudy spots of lens, which do not affect the visual function;
(2) short remnants of vitreous arteries, a few filaments and dots of vitreous clouding, which are asymptomatic;
(3) old lesions of the retina and the choroid, which are less than 1 PD in diameter outside the macular area.
Chapter 6 Stomatology Program
Article 37 Failure of third-degree caries, more than two missing teeth juxtaposed together or more than three not juxtaposed together, severe periodontitis, temporomandibular joint disease, cleft lip and palate and their postoperative scarring, oral diseases affecting the function of mastication and articulation, full denture and complex removable denture.
Dental caries and missing teeth with good function after treatment and restoration are qualified.
Article 38 Moderate or more fluorosis, enamel hypoplasia, incisors, cuspids, bicuspids obviously chipped or missing, cover more than 5mm, open teeth more than 3cm, maxillary and mandibular occlusion to the contralateral gingiva deep overdenture , affecting the occlusion of the teeth, anticuspids, moderate periodontitis, submarine specialty failed.
The following circumstances submarine specialty qualified:
(a) missing one incisor, fixed prosthesis restoration function well, or teeth without gap, the replacement teeth function well;
(b) does not affect the occlusion of individual incisors aligned or overlapping;
(c) does not affect the occlusion of individual incisors mildly anticlastic;
(d) (d) Malocclusion that functions well after orthodontic treatment.
Article 39 Chronic parotitis, parotid cysts, and oral tumors, fail.
Chapter VII Gynecology Program
Article 40 Abnormal development of internal and external genitalia, failure.
Article 41 Pregnancy in all stages, failure.
Article 42 Acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, functional uterine bleeding, tuberculosis of the reproductive organs, pelvic masses, fail.
Chapter VIII Psychological Test Items
Article 43 The test results of the General Aptitude Test shall be disqualified if the results of the test meet two of the following conditions:
(1) the score of Word Use is less than 4;
(2) the score of Two Dimensional Rotation is less than 3;
(3) the score of Addition and Subtraction is less than 7;
(4) the score of Symbolic Numerical Conversion scores less than 55 points.
Article 44 A structured interview shall be conducted if the test is implemented in accordance with the Chinese MBTI-G Price Type Scale, and the test is judged to be an ENFP, INTJ, or ISTP personality type, and if one of the following circumstances is met:
(i) I score is greater than 30 points;
(ii) N score is greater than 30 points;
(iii) F score greater than 28;
(iv) P score greater than 28.
The structured interview is evaluated based on the Psychological Interview Evaluation Scale for Cadets Recruited from Military Colleges and Schools, and those with a result greater than 7 points fail.
Chapter IX Auxiliary Examination Items
Article 45 The abdominal ultrasound examination items include liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, both kidneys, uterus, both adnexa, and abdominal cavity. Deformities and underdevelopment of organs, single kidney, diseases of liver, gallbladder, pancreas, kidneys, uterus and double adnexa, abdominal mass, space-occupying lesions, ascites, pregnancy, are not qualified.
Those who meet the following circumstances and have no abnormal examination results are qualified:
(1) Liver cysts (non-inflammatory, non-parasitic, non-tumorigenic) with a number of not more than three and a maximum diameter of not more than 1.0 cm;
(2) Single diagnosed hepatic hemangioma (located in the liver parenchyma) with a maximum diameter of not more than 1.0 cm;
(3) ) A solitary renal cyst with a maximum diameter not greater than 1.0 cm;
(iv) A unilateral simple ovarian cyst with a maximum diameter not greater than 3.0 cm.
Article 46 X-ray chest X-ray examination, found thoracic deformities, heart, lungs, mediastinum and other organic lesions, failed.
It is qualified if it meets the following circumstances and the examination results are not abnormal:
(1) isolated calcification points with no more than 3 bilateral lung fields, diameter not more than 0.5cm, and high density, clear margins, and no infiltration in the surrounding area;
(2) mild enhancement of the lung texture to exclude respiratory diseases;
(3) slight blunting of the angle of the rib-diaphragm on one side to exclude cardiac, pulmonary and thoracic diseases.
Article 47 Normal or approximately normal electrocardiogram, qualified.
Article 48 The routine blood test is qualified if it meets the following criteria:
(1) total number of leukocytes 4.0-10.0х109/L (4000-10000/m3);
(2) leukocytes are classified as neutrophils 50%-70% and lymphocytes 20%-40%;
(3) number of erythrocytes for men 4.0-5.5х1012/L (4-5.5 million/mm3), women 3.5-5.0х1012/L (3.5-5.5 million/mm3);
(iv) Platelet count, 100-300х1012/L (100-300,000/mm3);
(v) Hemoglobin, males 120g/L to 180g/L (12~18g/dl) for men and 110g/L~150g/L (11~15g/dl) for women.
Article 49: Urine examination shall be qualified if it meets the following standards:
(1) transparent and light yellow in appearance;
(2) pH value of 4.5 to 8.0;
(3) specific gravity of urine of 1.003 to 1.035;
(4) negative to trace amount of urinary proteins;
(5) urine ketone bodies are negative;
(F) urine sugar negative;
(G) bilirubin negative;
(H) urine bilirubin negative to weakly positive;
(IX) microscopic examination (centrifugal precipitation of the specimen, the same hereinafter) erythrocytes male 0 ~ occasional/high-power microscopy, female 0 ~ 3/high-power microscope, microscopic leukocytes male 0 ~ 3/high power microscope, female 0 ~ 5/high-power microscope, microscopic tubular pattern of no or occasional transparent tube type, no other tube type;
(j) negative urine pregnancy test.
Article 50 routine fecal examination meets the following criteria are qualified:
(a) normal appearance;
(b) microscopic examination of erythrocytes 0 to 2/high magnification, leukocytes 0 to 2/high magnification;
(c) hookworms, whipworms, polysporidium, schistosomes, liver flukes, gingerbread eggs, and intestinal protozoa, such as the examination of negative.
Article 51 Serum alanine group transferase takes continuous monitoring method (enzyme kinetic method) examination, 40 units or less qualified.
Article 52 Serum hepatitis B virus surface antigen take enzyme immunoassay test, negative pass.
Article 53 Serum HIV antibody takes enzyme immunoassay test, negative pass.
Article 54 Serum syphilis spirochete antibody is detected by enzyme immunoassay and passes the negative test.
Article 55 The urine drug (reagent) to take colloidal gold method, negative pass
