(2) the relevant test data and conclusions;
(iii) the scope of the risk;
(iv) other relevant information and data.
Local agricultural administration at or above the county level, quality supervision, industry and commerce administration, food and drug supervision and management and other relevant departments shall assist in the collection of food safety risk assessment information and data as provided in the preceding paragraph.
