1. Before the burner of gas-fired hot-blast stove is debugged, all mechanical equipment and electrical equipment must be installed by equipment installers, and all pipelines must be suppressed and tested. Only after meeting the safety requirements can the burner be turned on for ignition debugging.
2. Before the pilot fire, open the manual master valve of natural gas and adjust the pressure of natural gas to a proper position. At this point, turn on the main power supply of the burner control cabinet. Before this, make sure all electrical instrument lines are connected, cold commissioning is completed, and all interlocking systems are working normally.
3. After everything is ready, press the "Start" button on the control cabinet to start the smoke exhaust fan first. After the exhaust fan is started, the two negative pressure pressure measuring points on the hot air channel are normal, then the burner is started, the furnace is purged, and the pressure of natural gas and combustion air is detected, and the natural gas double solenoid valve detects leakage.
4. After all the above steps are correctly completed, the ignition electrode is electrically ignited, and after 2 seconds, the double solenoid valves are energized and the burner is ignited; After the ignition is successful, the burner starts to burn after the flame is detected by an ion bar or an ultraviolet UV lamp. If the detection sensor does not detect the flame, it will ignite or fail. At this time, we should carefully find out the reason, purge the furnace again, detect the pressure of natural gas and combustion air, and use double solenoid valves to detect leakage and ignition.
