Design of viewing restaurant
In today's era, restaurants, which people usually call restaurants and restaurants, are attracting more and more attention and favor. Especially the young people.
I designed the CAD layout of this restaurant, and the main style is modern and simple. Restaurants are places where family members can taste delicious food and receive relatives and friends, so it is necessary to create a relaxed and intimate dining atmosphere. Generally speaking, restaurants are mainly composed of public dining areas (halls), private rooms, operation rooms and manager's offices. The public dining area is divided into private private seating area and multi-person dining area. There are also some components that can not be ignored, such as: leisure waiting area, bar, toilet and so on.
how to arrange these areas reasonably is the most important work in my design. Several areas are connected with each other without affecting each other, and the traffic route is very free. It is set in the landscape area on the south side, so that all areas of the landscape can enjoy it, and the space is separated and impermeable.
This restaurant has a unique room with an extended space. I arranged it as a private room. According to the different needs of the guests, some dining rooms are divided into large rooms and small rooms. However, considering that the actual available space of this restaurant is small, I divide the private room area into three small private rooms. In order to facilitate the needs of the guests, I changed two partitions in three private rooms into sliding doors with better sound insulation effect. If the guests need more space, they can pull the sliding door open to form a large private room.
Because this restaurant is close to Xuanwu Lake, looking out from the window, there is a large lake scenery. Therefore, it is also my idea to make full use of this feature and arrange a viewing gallery. The establishment of a larger French window and a viewing area will be the characteristics of this restaurant. There is a partition between the viewing area and the hall. The partition is made of wood and has a certain Nordic style. Compared with the hall, the viewing balcony area will be raised by 31cm, creating a certain atmosphere.
there are two big round dining tables in the center of the hall. A small number of dining tables for four are placed around the wall. Large round dining table, mainly suitable for company dinners, gatherings of relatives and friends, etc. (The size of the dining table will affect the capacity of the restaurant and the arrangement of tableware. Therefore, when deciding the size of the table, we should consider the comfort of the guests and the convenience of the service staff in addition to the size that conforms to the area of the restaurant and can be used most effectively. The desktop should not be too wide, so as not to occupy too much space in the restaurant. In the space configuration of the seat, where there are pillars or corners, you can make a three-person seat against the wall unilaterally, or you can also become a face-to-face or parallel double seat. The configuration of dining tables and chairs should consider the size of the dining room and the needs of the guests' dining nature, and can be adjusted quickly and appropriately at any time. )
The manager's office is located in the northeast corner. It's quiet here, separated by sound insulation, and it's a good place to work.
the kitchen is located in the southeast corner, so there will be no oil smoke invading the dining area, and the line is convenient, which is convenient for dish delivery.
the bar is set on the south side of the restaurant gate. You can provide good service as soon as the guests enter the door, and leave directly after they have finished eating and can pay the bill.
I also added a leisure area to this floor plan. Nowadays, business in many restaurants is booming, and guests choose to wait in line for meals. But there is no suitable waiting rest point. I took this into consideration and designed a leisure area on the north side of the restaurant gate. This leisure area chooses suitable colors and creates a relaxed and pleasant dining environment with bright and lively colors. It can be used as a leisure chat for guests or as a waiting meal.
Wall lamps are the main lighting, and decoration is emphasized to meet the balance between them. The private room near the window is more natural, less noisy and less cumbersome, which is more suitable for two people. I try to balance people's psychological orientation, such as decoration, nature, humanities, and manufacturing environment, in order not to make the whole space one-sided, and deliberately guide people's psychological orientation.
I designed this restaurant floor plan mainly to create a simple and warm style. Make customers feel at home. This design is both environmentally friendly and economical.
