Before applying for a business license, you should bring a copy of your ID card, a copy of the restaurant property right certificate and a copy of the lease contract to the local industrial and commercial department for name approval. Then, you should bring a copy of your ID card, a copy of the restaurant's property right certificate, a copy of the lease contract and a copy of the name approval notice obtained from the industrial and commercial bureau to apply for a catering service license and a public place hygiene license respectively to the Food and Drug Administration and the Health Bureau, and then you can apply for a business license.
