Legal analysis: the newly recruited workers in enterprises are subsidized by work, not training. From June 20021year to February 20021year, if small and medium-sized enterprises newly recruit school-age workers (including labor dispatch workers) for employment (the new recruitment time is based on the time when social insurance is paid for the first time this year) and organize training for employees, they will be given a monthly vocational training subsidy in 500 yuan according to the number of employees recruited, with the longest period not exceeding 6 months. For industries that are greatly affected by the epidemic, such as foreign trade, accommodation and catering, cultural tourism, transportation, wholesale and retail, the scope of subsidies is extended to large enterprises with jobs.
