Yongning County is a county under the jurisdiction of Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. It is located in the middle of the Yellow River Irrigation District in Yinchuan Plain, Ningxia, with the Yellow River in the east and Helan Mountain in the west, only 20 kilometers away from Yinchuan City. By the end of 2002 1, Yongning county had jurisdiction over 1 street, 5 towns and1township, with a total area of 934 square kilometers, and the county government was located in Tuanjie West Road.

Yongning County was founded on April/day in the 30th year of the Republic of China (1 941) and was liberated on September 23rd in the 37th year of the Republic of China (1949). Yongning County is adjacent to the Yellow River in the east and Helan Mountain in the west, with convenient transportation. Yinxi High-speed Railway, expressway, 109 National Highway and Beijing-Tibet Expressway run through the north and south, and the Yellow River Bridge is completed and opened to traffic. Najiahu Mosque, Ming Great Wall and Lijun Tower are key cultural relics protection units in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

1, Huaxia Hetu Yinchuan Art Town

Huaxia Hutu Yinchuan Art Town is located on the west bank of the Yellow River, at No.2 Yuyue South Street, xingqing district, Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, with a total area of 18.8 square kilometers. The town integrates Yinchuan Contemporary Art Museum, International Artists Village, Sculpture Park, Art History Park, Paddy Field Park, Fish Pond Wetland Park, Lehe Village, International School and other places.

2. Yinchuan Museum of Contemporary Art

Yinchuan Contemporary Art Museum is located in Yinchuan Art Town, Hetu, Huaxia, with a construction area of about15000m2 and a wetland park around it. It is the first professional museum of contemporary art along the Yellow River in the northwest of China, the first museum of contemporary art in an organic paddy field, the first museum dedicated to collecting and displaying contemporary art, and the first museum of contemporary art in a diversified art settlement.

3. Hequan Lake

Hequan Lake is located 2 kilometers northeast of Yongning County, Ningxia, 8 kilometers away from Yinchuan City/KLOC-0, with a lake area of more than 3,000 mu. Form an eco-tourism area with ecological leisure and entertainment, fine fishing and Hequan Lake ecological wetland landscape as the main body, leisure and holiday, conference and catering as the main supporting facilities, and integrating sightseeing, folk experience and leisure and holiday.
