One, Recruitment Plan
The public recruitment **** involves 40 positions, to be publicly recruited 90 teachers, the specific job information is detailed in the annex.
Two, the recruitment object
(a) fresh graduates (master's degree or above)
listed in the national unified enrollment plan, does not belong to the orientation and commissioned training of domestic ordinary institutions of higher learning in 2023 fresh graduates (including graduates within two years of graduation from the school is not yet employed).
Requirements for graduates with a master's degree or above, and no records of failing grades, make-up exams and retakes in the subjects studied during the school period, and no social security payment during the school period, non-Beijing origin graduates need to comply with the conditions for non-Beijing origin graduates' household registration in Beijing.
(2) Fresh Graduates
September 1, 2022 to the end of the recruitment application, to obtain a foreign master's degree or above and complete the Ministry of Education Service Center for Overseas Educational Recruitment of academic certification of returnees.
Required to have permanent residence in Beijing (personnel and administrative relations in Beijing), and have not realized the work unit after returning to China and have not paid social insurance.
Three, recruitment conditions
(a) abide by the Constitution and the law, integrity, with the professional and skills required for the job, with the physical and psychological conditions in line with the requirements of the job; love of education, and abide by the Code of Ethics for Teachers.
(ii) master's degree students require 30 years of age and below (refers to January 1, 1993 and was born after); doctoral students require 35 years of age and below (refers to January 1, 1988 and was born after).
(3) Fresh graduates are required to obtain the appropriate academic and degree certificates on time.
(d) before taking up the post must obtain the required level and subject of the recruitment position of the teacher qualification certificate (or obtain the corresponding validity period of the teacher qualification examination qualification certificate); 2023 ordinary primary and secondary education teacher education class fresh graduates, can provide the university issued by the teacher education class professional certificate.
The teacher qualification of the higher section of the same subject can declare the post of the corresponding subject in this section or the lower section.
(e.g., holders of senior secondary school language teacher qualification, can declare high school language teacher, can also declare junior high school or elementary school language teacher)
(e) meet the other conditions stipulated in the recruitment position.
(f) Each candidate is limited to applying for one post, and more than one will be disqualified.

Four, recruitment procedures
(a) Registration
1. Registration time: March 20, 2023 (Monday) 8:00 to March 24, 2023 (Friday) 17:00.
2. Registration method: candidates in the specified time to log Huairou District Teacher Recruitment Examination Registration Systemexamination ( Hereinafter referred to as the registration system), self-registration, complete and truthfully fill in personal information, according to the system prompts in the prescribed registration time, according to the application position to register.
(2) qualification review
Registration period, Huairou District Education Committee will be the candidate's basic information online review, candidates must pay attention to the audit status in a timely manner and pay attention to the text message feedback, qualification review through the personal information and apply for positions will not be modified.
(C) psychological test and interview
Psychological test and interview time, place, content, form to the subsequent announcement shall prevail, which psychological test mainly examines the psychological quality of the candidates, the results will not be published and not counted in the interview results, for reference only.
The interview results are based on a percentage system, with a passing score line of 70 points, and those whose scores are lower than the passing line will not be admitted to the next stage.
(D) qualification review
Huairou District Education Committee will be based on the candidates' interview results, in accordance with the number of job requirements, from the highest to the lowest score 1:1 to determine the qualification review session.
Candidates with the same interview results, the interview examiner results to determine the ranking; examiner results are still the same, the ranking will be determined by an additional test.
Qualification review will be carried out in online or offline form according to the actual situation, the list of persons entering the qualification review session and the specific requirements will be released together with the announcement of the interview results.
(E) physical examination, inspection and publicity
Huairou District Education Committee is responsible for the qualification review through the organization of physical examination, physical examination standards with reference to the civil service employment physical examination standards, the cost of which is borne by the individual.
The person who determines the medical examination shall attend the medical examination at the designated medical institution on the designated date.
If there is any doubt about the results of the physical examination, the individual may apply for a review and be re-examined once at the designated medical institution.
The list of participants in the physical examination and related requirements will be announced on the website of the People's Government of Huairou District, Beijing within five working days after the completion of the qualification review.
The Education Commission of Huairou District is responsible for the inspection of the qualified personnel for the physical examination.
After passing the inspection, the list of persons to be employed will be publicized, and the publicity period will be 7 working days.
No objections to the results of the publicity, in accordance with the procedures for entry.
Without a valid reason, those who do not take the required medical examination, those who do not meet the requirements of the medical examination, and those who fail in the examination will not be employed.
Vacant positions shall be decided by the employing organization according to the actual situation whether to fill in from among those who have passed the interview results, and the replacement shall be notified individually to participate in the physical examination and inspection.
Anyone who gives up after the announcement will not be replaced.
V. Notes
(A) qualification audit throughout the recruitment work, in any one of the recruitment process found to exist in the candidates to provide false materials, forgery, fabrication of relevant documents and information, are done to cancel the candidate's eligibility to deal with the candidate, the responsibility borne by the candidates themselves.
(ii) The criteria for recognizing graduates who have left school within two years of graduation and are not employed is that they have not signed a contract with any unit and have no record of paying insurance.
(iii) Failure to graduate on time and obtain a diploma, degree, and teaching certificate prior to the start of employment procedures will disqualify them from employment.
(d) After induction, the contract of employment for the institution will be signed, and the probationary period system will be implemented according to the regulations, and the term of the first contract of employment will be 6-10 years.
The probationary period of qualified, to be formally employed; unqualified, cancel the employment.
(E) from the beginning of the application to the end of the recruitment process, candidates should ensure that the phone number left on the application, due to poor telephone contact caused by the inability to notify the candidate himself, the consequences of the candidate is personally responsible for.
The proposed candidates who give up the employment, fail to attend the physical examination, inspection and reporting within the stipulated time, will be disqualified for employment.
(F) whether the candidate's major meets the application requirements, to the District Education Committee shall prevail, candidates applying for this open recruitment shall be deemed to agree and accept the provisions of the relevant articles of this announcement.
