Four required events: skipping rope for 1 minutes; 51 meters running; 15 meters ×4 running back and forth; 1111 meters run.
Choose 2 items (2 out of 6): pull-ups; Proflexion of sitting body; 211 meters swimming (swimming style is not limited); Standing long jump; Throw a solid ball; 111 meters run.
Girls' events (6 events)
Four mandatory events: skipping rope for 1 minutes; 51 meters running; 15 meters ×4 running back and forth; Run 811 meters.
Choose 2 items (2 out of 6): sit-ups for 1 minutes; Proflexion of sitting body; 211 meters swimming (swimming style is not limited); Standing long jump; Throw a solid ball; 111 meters run.
2 special skill tests (2 out of 8): football; Basketball; Volleyball; Table tennis; Badminton; Tennis; Wushu; Gymnastics. Among them, at least 1 items are selected from football, basketball and volleyball.
Physical health monitoring: Body Mass Index (BMI) refers to the value obtained by dividing students' own weight by the square of their height.
The calculation formula is: BMI= weight (kg)/height _ (m _)
The vital capacity body mass index refers to the value obtained by dividing the students' own vital capacity by their weight.
The calculation formula is: vital capacity and body mass index = vital capacity (ml)/weight (kg)
Students participate in school-level, county-level, prefecture-level, provincial-level and national-level sports competitions, and the scores are converted according to the obtained rankings, which are included in grade scores.
county (city) district education and sports bureaus and schools should formulate annual competition plans according to provincial and municipal sports competition plans, and the contents of the plans should include competition items and development time, and they should be publicized to the society and students in the first week of March every year, and then reported to the Kunming Municipal Education and Sports Bureau Group Office for the record in the county (city) district.
all units should arrange related work in strict accordance with the announced competition plan. In principle, no adjustment can be made without special reasons. If adjustment is really necessary, it must be reported to the higher education and sports administrative department for approval.
