Responsibilities related to production safety of the main person in charge:

Article 5 The principal responsible person of a production and business operation entity shall be fully responsible for the safety production of the entity.

Fifteenth the main person in charge of the production and business operation entity shall bear the following responsibilities for the safety production of the unit:

(a) to establish, improve and implement the responsibility system for production safety;

(two) to organize the formulation of safety production rules and regulations and operating procedures and supervise their implementation;

(three) to ensure the effective implementation of safety production input;

(four) to supervise and inspect the work of production safety, and eliminate the hidden dangers of production safety accidents in time;

(five) to organize the formulation and implementation of emergency rescue plans for production safety accidents and organize regular drills;

(six) timely and truthfully report the production safety accidents;

(seven) other duties as prescribed by laws and regulations.

In fact, the first six articles of Article 5 and Article 15 are copying the relevant provisions of the Safety Production Law.

The latest "production safety law" adds one:

To organize the formulation and implementation of the safety production education and training plan of the unit;
