Article VII (collection and transportation of units to determine)

Article VIII (collection and transportation unit bidding program and bidding requirements)

Article 12 (directed disposal)

Article 17 (collection and transportation of joint bill)

Article 23 (disposal of prohibited requirements)

Article 24 (accounts and information management requirements)

(2) violation of the provisions of Article 24, paragraph 2, collection and transportation units or disposal units are not in accordance with the requirements of the information management system to report the information recorded.

Article 36 (transfer of cases)

The city's food and drug supervision, quality and technical supervision, industry and commerce, as well as entry-exit inspection and quarantine and other administrative departments found that the generation of units in violation of these measures and does not belong to the responsibilities of the department, it should be collected and evidence of material, and promptly transfer the case materials to the city law enforcement agencies.

Article 37 (administrative responsibility)
