Generally speaking, you should go to the registration authority of the place of residence recorded in the business license or log on the Beijing "e-Window" platform () to apply for change of residence.

Residence change submission materials: (1) "company change (restructuring) application for registration (company filing application)";

(2) the use of the residence after the change of the proof (the property owner signed or stamped copy of the property license.

If the property owner is a natural person, he/she should sign in person, and if the property owner is a unit, he/she should affix the official seal);

(3) Approval or license documents (limited to laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council which stipulate that changes in the affairs of the company have to be reported for approval, a copy of the relevant approval documents or licenses should be submitted);

(4) original and copy of business license (if the company has already received the paper version) business license, shall return the original business license and all copies).
