Both parties shall determine the service life of the handed-over kitchenware, equipment and tableware. When the service life expires, some unusable ones shall be scrapped and deleted from the handover list of both parties. When the contract needs to be renewed at the expiration, it will continue to be signed by the canteen contractor for use. When the contract is terminated, the canteen contractor will return it according to the quantity on the handover list (except for natural wear and scrapped equipment). The factory provides dormitories for canteen staff; Employees who take office must abide by the company system of both parties, and the canteen contractor is responsible for the salary, work clothes and training of canteen staff. The canteen contractor will pay the food expenses in advance for 15-31 days, and then calculate according to the number of meals given to us by the factory every day; The food expenses shall be paid to the canteen contractor in one lump sum within one week after the accounting is clear.
