the fresh air system is familiar to everyone. In our daily life, we can see the use of fresh air system in many places. So, do you know how to design the air inlet and outlet of the fresh air system? Below, let me introduce the design considerations of the air inlet and outlet of the fresh air system for you.
fresh air system and air conditioning system are usually used together, so the fresh air supply outlet should be coordinated with the air conditioning supply outlet. There are two ways for fresh air to cooperate with air conditioning. One is that fresh air enters directly into the room, which is commonly used in the fresh air system with multi-connected household central air conditioning at present, and the other is that fresh air enters the indoor unit of air conditioning first and is sent out from the air supply outlet of air conditioning, which is often used in conjunction with fan coil units. In the domestic fresh air system, the air supply mode adopts direct air intake. When the indoor unit of the air conditioner is duct type, the fresh air supply outlet is generally as close as possible to the air supply outlet of the air conditioner, and the louver outlet is used. This is to make the two air flows with different temperatures fully mixed and to enhance the indoor comfort as much as possible. When the indoor unit adopts embedded smallpox machine, the new air outlet is generally placed far away from the air outlet of the air conditioner to avoid adverse effects on the control of the indoor unit.
There are two ways to arrange the return air outlet of the general fresh air system: diagonal distribution and straight distribution. This arrangement of the return air outlet is mainly to ensure the uniform distribution of indoor air distribution, thus improving the indoor comfort. Generally, diagonal distribution is recommended, because diagonal distribution of return air outlets is the most beneficial to the uniformity of indoor air distribution, and it can also be considered to be arranged in a straight line along the long side in a long and narrow space.
However, in case of partially connected space, the return air outlet can be flexibly arranged according to the actual situation. When the layout space is insufficient, it can be considered to use the air outlet or the return air outlet for the two areas. For example, a return air outlet is used in the communication space. After all, one principle should be observed, that is, the fresh air is evenly distributed indoors.
