Jiangsu Suining Baitanghe Provincial Wetland Protection Park was established in 2119, located in the northwest of Suining County, with an administrative division area of 16.5 square kilometers. The park is located in four administrative natural villages, Yingshi Wine Manor, a "four-star farmhouse rural tourist spot", and Baitanghe Wetland Park, a provincial wetland reserve. Among them, the grape viewing area, self-help experience area and wine culture and craft exhibition area built in the wine manor can provide project services such as sightseeing, picking, appreciation, catering and entertainment, and the grape planting area of more than 2,111 mu is also an efficient large-scale agricultural demonstration area; Baitanghe Provincial Wetland Park was established with the approval of Jiangsu Forestry Bureau in 2119, with a planned construction area of 3.8 square kilometers, and the first phase is under construction of 2.6 square kilometers.

All kinds of trees, shrubs, ground covers and aquatic plants are widely planted in the park, which is suitable for decorating landscape sketches, structures and buildings, and planning and constructing wetland conservation area, farming experience area, popular science education area and Buddhist cultural area. Originally, this area was very low-lying, but it was rich in water areas. Through the corresponding arrangement and collection, the hydrology in the area was more systematic and dynamic, and the water surface, river system and tidal flat made the wetland more rural and interesting. Relying on this unique natural form, it was supplemented by the construction of agricultural scientific research experience center, electric power science museum, Shuiyue Temple and other supporting buildings to enhance the functions of the wetland, creating a collection of animal and plant protection, agricultural experience, ecological recuperation, sightseeing and leisure, popular science education and so on. At the same time, according to the urban construction concept of "building a medium-sized commercial city and creating an ecological corridor in the north" implemented by the county party committee and the county government, the wetland reserve will be expanded and extended on this basis. It is planned to expand all the areas along the Baitang River and the Qing 'an main canal to Qing 'an Lake into protected areas, and build a large-scale wetland reserve according to the concept of "taking ecological nature as the theme" and "taking protection and restoration as the concept", so as to give full play to the role of wetlands in environmental protection, agricultural culture, popular science education and economy.
