3. Manage and protect forest resources according to law, strive to improve the output rate of forest land, cut trees according to law, and update the land in time according to the planning requirements of the forestry department.

Article 4 Planting density, logging and tax payment

Article 5 Obligations of both parties

2. Party B shall not use fire in the forest land, and shall not destroy forests for land reclamation, quarrying, sand mining, earth borrowing and deforestation in the contracted forest land by itself or allow others.
3. Party B must do a good job in forest protection and fire prevention to eliminate fire hazards. In case of fire, Party B shall report to Party A in time in addition to actively taking fire-fighting measures.
4. Party A must timely and reasonably distribute supporting funds, materials or loans for afforestation and greening to Party B..

This contract shall not be changed due to the change of Party A's representative.
