National regulations, "urban sanitation facilities planning norms GB 50337-2003," the spacing of waste bins should be set in accordance with the "urban sanitation facilities set standards.

Article 3.4.1, for residents to use the life of the garbage containers, as well as bagged garbage collection and stacking point location to be fixed, not only should meet the convenience of the residents and does not affect the appearance of the city and other requirements, but also to facilitate the classification of garbage collection and mechanized removal.

Article 3.4.2, the service radius of the domestic garbage collection point should not exceed 70 m.
