Nurses account for a large proportion in the logistics team, and they are in direct contact with children, so to improve the quality of logistics personnel, we must first improve the quality of nurses. First, improve the overall quality of the nursing staff ideologically and practically. 1. Change nurses' understanding of their roles ideologically. For a long time, people have looked at the logistics and conservation of kindergartens from an inherent perspective. It is believed that the nurses and logistics staff in kindergartens only care about children's eating, drinking, pulling, sleeping and environmental sanitation, and the logistics managers are "firefighters" where there is a fire. Nurses even call themselves "three handles" (mop, broom, wipe). I feel inferior in kindergarten, so I have a strong sense of inferiority. In order to change their mentality, I regularly organize nurses to carry out business study, citing practical examples in daily work, so that everyone can realize that the words and deeds of nurses also directly affect young children. To implement the principle of combining nursing with education, nurses must actively cooperate. Compared with teachers, the educational level of nurses is generally lower. But through learning, I found that nurses also have a strong desire to learn and improve their own quality. They learn piano by themselves, buy preschool books by themselves, and often consult teachers. Just because of the secular concept, sometimes I dare not show it. To this end, I encourage them to express themselves boldly, giving piano to teachers during music activities, leading children to play games in groups with teachers during sports activities, and taking part in technical level qualification training and examinations for nurses during holidays. The quality of nurses has improved, and all aspects of children's daily life have been done well. Children have a healthy body and good habits, so teachers can successfully carry out various educational and teaching activities. Nurses have gradually realized that it is also very important to learn the role of nurses in kindergarten work as long as they continue to learn. 2. Strengthen the training of nurses. (1) Improve the professional ethics of nurses. Although nurses have been working hard to improve their own quality, the professional ethics level needs to be improved. Bad words and deeds directly affect the development of children. Through daily careful observation, I recorded in detail some behaviors of nurses that violated professional ethics or were inappropriate, and organized them to conduct case analysis and express their views on the incident in the weekly business study. While educating nurses in professional ethics, we should correct some bad behaviors in time. In addition, we should learn the Code of Teachers' Moral Conduct and Language Cultivation of Kindergarten Teachers to continuously improve the moral cultivation of nurses. (2) Improve nurses' sense of cooperation and sense of responsibility. Experienced teachers know that working with excellent nurses is satisfactory, and working with nurses who lack a sense of responsibility and only do their own work is always awkward and uncomfortable. In order to improve the nurses' sense of cooperation and responsibility, I will start with theoretical study, let the nurses know the kindergarten running objectives, training objectives, kindergarten education guidelines and requirements for kindergarten education development, and then integrate theory with practice, let the nurses take the class, reflect the importance of cooperation with teachers in the process of organizing activities, and create opportunities for the nurses to cooperate with teachers, such as arranging the environment with teachers, helping teachers to make partition materials, making game materials for children in this class, and participating in various activities of children. Gradually lead them to actively cooperate with teachers to complete the class's teaching protection work. (3) Improve the professional skills of nurses. On the basis of the nurses' competition and active learning, I systematically trained nurses in stages in a planned way. Starting with their Mandarin expression ability, storytelling, drawing, coloring, making game materials and other artistic skills, to how to design art activities, game activities, organize activities and exchange activities, they gradually become nurses who can take care of children's daily lives and independently design and organize activities. In order to better cooperate with teachers to carry out educational activities, some large-scale training activities for kindergarten teachers are also attended by nurses. Such as: Montessori education and training, computer operation skills, the use of audio-visual education platform, etc. In order to cooperate with teachers more closely and carry out daily education and teaching work in unison. (4) Establish a daily routine. In the one-day activities in kindergarten, the work of nurses is trivial and complicated. In order to make the nurses clear about their work tasks and reduce the hectic phenomenon, according to the actual situation of the park, we have drawn up a routine of one-day nursing work, which has been continuously improved in work practice and basically formed a good working procedure. Nurses should not only do a good job in cleaning and taking care of children's lives, but also cooperate with teachers to organize educational activities, pay attention to the ideological and moral education and good living habits of children at any time during the day's activities, and organize children's activities at any time. Second, create and manage the environment and articles of the kindergarten. 1. The creation and management of the environment is the facade of the kindergarten. How to manage the environment directly affects the image of the kindergarten, and it is also a good or bad performance of the management of children's logistics. Kindergarten environment should be clean, safe, beautiful and full of childlike interest at all times. The logistics supervisor should constantly create and improve the greening, environment, garden houses and large-scale equipment of the kindergarten according to the requirements of education, safety and hygiene, the needs of children and the overall planning and assumption of the director. And in accordance with the goal of running the park diligently, increasing revenue and reducing expenditure, we will try our best to do the most with the least money. Teachers educate children to take good care of public property, protect the environment, be neat, hygienic and civilized, develop good living habits, and logistics personnel pay attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Provision and management of teaching equipment and articles With the development of society, teaching equipment is becoming more and more advanced and the choices are becoming more and more diversified. Logistics managers should improve and provide advanced teaching equipment in a planned way according to the teaching needs of kindergartens, and they should be careful and shop around without extravagance and waste, and be good housekeepers. The conditions for running a school have improved, and the next most important thing is the management and maintenance of facilities and equipment. (1) To establish the concept that everyone is responsible for equipment management. Explain the intention of equipment creation, utilization and storage to all faculty members, and gradually establish the consciousness that everyone is responsible. Everyone is required to cooperate with the equipment management personnel to take good care of the equipment, so as to make full use of the existing equipment and conditions.
