Hotel management needs to take the CET-4 certificate, accounting certificate, human resources certificate, front office service certificate, room service certificate and restaurant service certificate.
1. The CET-4 exam
is organized by the Teaching Steering Committee for Foreign Language Majors in colleges and universities, and is usually held in April every year. Those who pass the exam can obtain the CET-4 certificate for English majors in colleges and universities.
2. Accounting qualification certificate

4. Front office service certificate

5. room service certificate
a room attendant refers to a person who cleans and arranges rooms in restaurants, hotels, tourist passenger ships and other places, and provides services such as welcoming guests and accommodation. There are three levels for the qualification certification of room attendants, namely, junior room attendants (professional grade III), intermediate room attendants (professional grade II) and senior room attendants (professional grade I).
