Hotel management needs to take the CET-4 certificate, accounting certificate, human resources certificate, front office service certificate, room service certificate and restaurant service certificate.

1. The CET-4 exam

is organized by the Teaching Steering Committee for Foreign Language Majors in colleges and universities, and is usually held in April every year. Those who pass the exam can obtain the CET-4 certificate for English majors in colleges and universities.

2. Accounting qualification certificate

The national unified examination for enterprise human resource managers is divided into hr administrator (national vocational qualification level 4), assistant human resource manager (national vocational qualification level 3), human resource manager (national vocational qualification level 2) and senior human resource manager (national vocational qualification level 1) according to national vocational standards.

4. Front office service certificate

The front office attendant has good language skills; Can communicate effectively, can obtain and understand external information, analyze and judge and respond quickly; Able to use mathematical operations accurately; Good action coordination; Can quickly, accurately and flexibly use the eyes, hands, feet and other parts of the body to complete various service operations.

5. room service certificate

a room attendant refers to a person who cleans and arranges rooms in restaurants, hotels, tourist passenger ships and other places, and provides services such as welcoming guests and accommodation. There are three levels for the qualification certification of room attendants, namely, junior room attendants (professional grade III), intermediate room attendants (professional grade II) and senior room attendants (professional grade I).

the Ministry of labor and social security officially launched the national professional qualification certification program for hotel managers last year.

according to the project plan, the training contents include hotel management foundation, hotel catering management, hotel room service management, hotel service quality and safety management, hotel marketing and customer organization, etc., and the teaching mode will be a combination of theory and practice cases, training and exam-oriented guidance. After studying for 121 class hours, students who pass the national unified examination and pass the qualification examination will receive the professional qualification certificate of Assistant Hotel Manager or Hotel Manager issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. This certificate is universal in China.
