After becoming a regular employee, the basic salary is 2,311+overtime pay (around 2,111)+1,511 food allowance+1,111 living allowance+311-611 production peak season award, working overtime for 2 hours every day from Monday to Friday, with overtime pay of 19.82 yuan/hour (1.5 times) and working overtime for 11 hours on Saturday. Holiday 37.92 yuan/hour (3 times) monthly net income 3811-4811 yuan. Two shifts, once a month, with a night shift subsidy of 11/ night. In addition, the salary is raised once a year, and the salary increase is around 211 yuan. The longer you join the company, the higher your basic salary will be. There are year-end bonuses and performance bonuses every year, which are generally 3-6 times of the basic salary.

1. The company provides food and accommodation. On the first day of entering the factory, 411 yuan will be in the work card, so you can eat or shop in the factory. Later, at the beginning of each month, money will be automatically transferred to 411 yuan as a meal fee. There are staff dormitories and restaurants in the factory, which can meet different dining needs. Breakfast is 1-2 yuan, and Chinese food is one meat and one vegetarian 3.5 yuan. Staff dormitory: near the factory, 6-8 people, with a monthly deduction of 111 yuan (including utilities), all equipped with air conditioning, independent shower room, toilet, water heater, automatic water dispenser and other facilities. You can freely choose whether to stay or not. If you don't live in a dormitory, you can rent your own house outside.
3. Provide 2 sets of work clothes for spring and 2 sets of work clothes for summer each year, and do laundry for employees every day.
4. Employees are entitled to national statutory holidays (11 days per year), industrial injury leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, paid annual leave and other holidays.
5 Other benefits:
The company signs labor contracts with employees according to law, buys social security from the moment of employment, pays housing accumulation fund, and additionally handles medical self-insurance fund for each employee, providing double protection.
In addition, Foxconn can apply for resignation seven days in advance to settle its salary, and no matter how many days it works, it will not detain any salary.
