Article 1 In order to protect citizens, legal persons and other organizations to obtain government information in accordance with the law, give full play to the role of government information as a service in production, life, economic and social activities, improve the transparency of the government's work, and promote administration in accordance with the law, according to the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Openness of Government Information of the Chinese People's Republic of China" and the relevant provisions, and taking into account the actual situation of the city, the formulation of the provisions of this regulation. Article 2 The government information referred to in these provisions, refers to the municipal people's government and its working departments, directly under the agency, the county (city) district people's government and its working departments, directly under the agency, township, township people's government, with administrative functions of the municipal government dispatched agencies (hereinafter collectively referred to as the administrative organs) in the performance of their duties in the process of making or obtaining, to a certain form of records, preservation of the information.

Article 12 An applicant applying for disclosure of government information shall fill in an application form for disclosure of government information. The following contents on the application form for the disclosure of government information must be filled in:

(1) the name of the applicant, contact information, mailing address;

(2) the description of the content of the government information, including the name of the document that can be pointed to the specific government information, the document number, or other precise features;

(3) the form of the carrier to obtain, including paper, mobile storage devices, e-mail and so on;

(4) the form of the application form for the disclosure of government information. storage device, e-mail, etc.;

Applicants can only apply for disclosure of one item of government information in one application form. Article 13 If an applicant has difficulty in filling out an application form for disclosure of government information, he or she may orally propose it to an administrative organ, which shall fill it out on his or her behalf, with the applicant's signature or seal confirming it.

If the applicant has difficulty in describing the name, symbol or exact characteristics of the government information he or she wants to consult the administrative organ, the administrative organ shall provide the necessary assistance. Article 14 The applicant to fill out the application form for disclosure of government information can be submitted to the administrative organ in person, can also be submitted to the administrative organ through the government website or e-mail, letter, telegram, fax and other forms.
