Social practice is not only to have a job and be able to provide food, but also to exercise ourselves. So I found a restaurant. The boss saw that I was strong and strong, so he asked me to be a vegetable delivery man. I go to work from 9 pm to 2 pm every day, and then from 4 pm to 8: 30 pm. Although the time is a little long, I am enthusiastic, young and not tired at all. I think this is an incentive to understand life, to understand life, to contact society and to understand the future. Although I mainly deliver food in the restaurant, I have to do something outside of work from time to time, and sometimes I have to do some cleaning work. At school, there may be teachers assigned to say what to do today and what to do tomorrow, but here, someone may not tell you this. You must do it consciously and try your best. The efficiency of a job will be evaluated differently by others.

This is my first experience of social practice. For a student, it is a basic quality to dare to accept challenges. Although the weather is cold and the cold wind is howling, I resolutely embarked on the road of social practice. I want to learn more about the society, acquire knowledge, exercise my talents, cultivate my adaptability through personal experience of social practice, and find out my shortcomings and gaps through social practice.

During the one-month internship, I summarized the following personal work ideas to standardize my words and deeds at work:

2. All our starting points are for customers, and we should think of customers everywhere. Customers are the God we want to serve.

5. Go to work on time, and never be late or leave early.

6. Can't answer the phone, do private things, chat, etc. During working hours.

7. When dealing with emergencies, be calm and rational, proceed from the interests of restaurants and customers, do not act rashly, and report in time.

8. Ensure working hours, obey the arrangement of leaders, focus on the overall situation everywhere, and maintain the overall image.

After my efforts, my holiday work quietly ended. After this exercise, I can really realize this. At work, in real social life, customers are always right, and you can't mix your own personality.

First: optimism, no matter what kind of difficulties you encounter, you should be optimistic. I believe there will be a turn for the better.

Second: self-confidence, first of all, you should have self-confidence. Self-confidence is not boasting, but affirming your own ability and making others trust you more. You must say "I can do it" to yourself, and then you can do it.

Third: willing to work hard. I have always believed in the saying, "There is hope if you work hard". Don't think that success is out of reach. In fact, as long as we keep working hard, we will get closer and closer to success, "stand on tiptoe and get closer and closer to the sun." Don't give up in the process of trying. Maybe you were one step away from success, but you gave up! Be brave to face all kinds of setbacks, and setbacks can't stop those who have the courage to succeed.

Fourth, modesty is very important, especially for graduates who have just left school. We knew very little about social knowledge. Never be arrogant and self-righteous, which is superficial. We should be modest, integrate into society, and work together to make things more harmonious and effective. We should listen, be patient and accept the opinions of others with an open mind.

In today's society, the employment problem always seems to revolve around us and become an endless topic. The poster of the job fair always says "experience first", but how much social experience will our students have on campus? In order to expand my knowledge, expand my contact with the society, increase my personal experience in social competition, exercise and improve my ability, let myself really enter the society after graduation, adapt to the changes in the domestic and international economic situation, and deal with various problems in my life and work, I came to xxx this holiday and started my social practice. Practice is to apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned in school to objective reality, so that the theoretical knowledge we have learned can come in handy. Learn without practicing, then what you have learned is equal to zero. Theory should be combined with practice. On the other hand, practice can lay a foundation for finding a job in the future. Through this period of internship, I learned something that I couldn't learn at school. During this period of practice, we walked around the streets and met all kinds of people and things that we didn't feel at school. In school, there is only an atmosphere of learning. After all, school is a place to study, and every student is striving for higher scores. There is competition in both study and work. In the competition, we must constantly learn from others' advanced places and learn from others' behaviors in order to improve our ability! I remember the teacher once said that the university is a small society, but I always feel that there is always that innocence and sincerity on campus. Although it is a university, students still maintain their identity as students. Contact the seniors and sisters who just graduated. They always tell me to cherish my time at school. In this practice, I deeply feel that at school, I have learned a lot of theory, and it is multifaceted and almost comprehensive; In practical work, you may encounter things that you can't learn from books, or you may not need the knowledge from books at all.

Looking back on this social practice, I have learned a lot. I learned a lot of social experience from everyone I met, and my ability was improved, which I couldn't learn at school.

Being good at communicating with people in society requires long-term practice. I didn't have the opportunity to work before, so I wouldn't be responsive to others, which would make the conversation cold and embarrassing. The accumulation of knowledge is also very important. Knowledge is like human blood. Without blood, people will be weak, and without knowledge, their minds will dry up. The wine-making industry I came into contact with this time is very strange to me. If I want to do a good job, I must know this knowledge and have a deep understanding of all aspects, so that I can better apply it to my work.

I was deeply touched by this personal experience. It is not only a kind of practice, but also a kind of life experience and a valuable asset in my life.
