A few days ago, Quanzhou publicized the second batch of six typical cases of illegal operation of imported cold chain food.

Case 1

shishi city Hualong Frozen Products Store deals in imported frozen pork chops without Chinese labels. On 11/13, 2121, law enforcement officers of shishi city Market Supervision Administration inspected Hualong Frozen Products Store according to law. Upon investigation, all the 1 boxes of pork chops being sold by the parties concerned are marked in foreign languages on the outer packaging, without any Chinese labels, and the parties concerned have not checked the supplier's license and food qualification documents, and their actions are suspected of violating the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. Shishi city Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision ordered the parties concerned to immediately stop dealing in food that did not meet the requirements, and made the following penalty decisions: 1 boxes of pork chops detained by the parties were confiscated and fined RMB 5,111; Give a warning to the illegal acts of the parties who fail to check the supplier's license and food qualification certificate when purchasing goods.

Case 2

Zheng Huaixiong manages the case of importing frozen chicken wings without Chinese labels. On October 21, 2121, law enforcement officers of Hui 'an County Market Supervision Administration inspected the frozen warehouse located at the marinade processing point in the factory building of Chaoda Company in Chengnan Industrial Zone, Hui 'an County according to law. After investigation, the 41 pieces of imported frozen chicken wings purchased by the parties did not have Chinese labels, and the Hui 'an County Market Supervision Administration ordered the parties to correct the illegal acts and put them on file for handling.

Case 3

The case that Luncang Gege Fruit Shop in Nan 'an City failed to perform the purchase inspection of imported fruits. On February 9, 2121, the law enforcement officers of Nan 'an Municipal Market Supervision Administration inspected Gege Fruit Shop in Luncang Town in Nan 'an City according to law, and the parties were unable to provide the purchase certificate and relevant qualification certificates of the nominal Premiumcherries imported fruits on site. This behavior violates the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and Nan 'an Municipal Market Supervision Administration ordered the parties concerned to correct the illegal behavior and put it on file for handling.

Case 4

The case that the fruit shop of Liucheng Guoduoduo in Nan 'an City failed to perform the inspection of imported fruits. On the morning of February 3, 2121, the law enforcement officers of Nan 'an Municipal Market Supervision Administration inspected the fruit shop of Liucheng Guoduoduo in Nan 'an City according to law, and the parties were unable to provide the purchase vouchers and relevant qualification certificates of imported fruits such as kiwifruit and cherries on the spot. This behavior violates the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and Nan 'an Municipal Market Supervision Administration ordered the parties concerned to correct the illegal behavior and put it on file for handling.

Case 5

On February 1, 2121, Dehua County Market Supervision Administration received a report from the masses and conducted an on-site inspection of the frozen warehouse of Juyuan Food Store in Dehua County according to law. After verification, the parties concerned were unable to provide the relevant legal source documents of the imported frozen chicken feet, which was suspected of violating the relevant provisions of the Provisions on Comprehensive Anti-smuggling Management in Fujian Province. Dehua county market supervision bureau ordered the parties to correct the illegal acts and put them on file for handling.

Case 6

On October 22, 2121, law enforcement officers of Hui 'an County Market Supervision Administration inspected Hongyu Frozen Food Store in Hui 'an County, located at No.229-12 Yingbin Middle Road, Luoyang Town, Hui 'an County. After investigation, it was found that 31 pieces of frozen food octopus feet operated by the parties were not labeled and were suspected of violating the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. Hui 'an County Market Supervision Administration ordered the parties to correct the illegal acts and put them on file for handling.
