During this eight-week hotel internship, I benefited a lot. 4. Constantly improve their own quality. Hotel staff directly provide services to guests, and personalized and standardized services for different objects are the foundation for hotels to improve service quality. Every employee must wear clean and generous clothes, stand upright, have regular hair styles, use standard professional service language, be polite, have a gentle tone, and have a humble attitude. According to my observation, the catering department does not have a clear regulation on the personal hygiene requirements of employees, and the health awareness of employees is not very strong, such as not forming the habit of washing hands frequently. In addition, when the guests order, the meal is always late, and the checkout is the same, which makes the guests very impatient.
5. Pay attention to corporate culture. The corporate culture of each hotel is different, and this knowledge is just what we can't learn from books. Corporate culture is the symbol that a hotel brings to customers. A nation has its own national culture, and an enterprise also needs its own corporate culture. The construction of enterprise culture is not dispensable, but necessary for the survival and development of enterprises. When the enterprise faces all kinds of challenges, it needs all the people in the enterprise to work together, unite as one, and overcome difficulties. For enterprises that haven't built their corporate culture, they are usually fragmented, and when something happens, they will think about their own worries, but no one has really thought seriously about the development of the enterprise, in other words, they just haven't integrated themselves into the enterprise. It can be seen that the construction of corporate culture is a necessary guarantee for the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, people working in hotels must have more knowledge, culture and self-restraint, so that guests are not influenced by culture all the time. These valuable experiences are obtained through internships. People are always like this. Without experience, you will never know what things are like, whether they are really so difficult or not.
