1. Yulinxiangyao

Yulinxiangyao is a local traditional dish in Hengyang, Hunan Province, and it is the first bowl dish in the banquet. Peng Yulin, a famous chef in Hengyang in Qing Dynasty, created it on the basis of local snacks such as fish balls, yellowbird balls and pot-roasted balls, hence the name. Also known as pagoda incense waist, tube pile incense waist. Main ingredients: pork loin, taro, water chestnut, lean pork, fat pork, pure cinnamon fish, water-soaked mushrooms and water-soaked magnolia slices.

Ingredients: flour, eggs, egg white, dry starch, wet starch, meat broth, sesame oil and cooked lard. Seasoning onion, ginger slices, Shaoxing wine, refined salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, star anise powder and pepper. This dish is a collection of many kinds of snacks in a bowl, stacked layer by layer, shaped like a pagoda, with diverse tastes.

2. Fish Head Tofu

Fish Head Tofu is a dish made of fish head, tofu and other main ingredients, belonging to Jiangsu cuisine. Fish head tofu in casserole is one of the famous dishes in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Fish head tofu is delicious and rich in nutritional value.

3. Zhangfei Liquor

Zhangfei Liquor is produced by leiyang city Distillery in Hunan Province. According to legend, Pang Tong was appointed as the magistrate of Leiyang County in the Three Kingdoms, and Zhang Fei, one of the generals of the Five Tigers of Shu, was ordered to inspect Pang Tong's political achievements. Pang Tong entertained Zhang Fei with folk aged wine. Zhang Fei found that Pang Tong was brilliant and talented. After returning to Chengdu, he recommended Pang Tong as a military adviser. Later generations called this wine Zhang Fei's wine in Leiyang.

4. Wulian

Hengyang local specialty products. Location: Taiyuan, Shanqiao and other places in Hengyang County. Named for its grayish brown or grayish black surface.

5. Nanyue Yunwu Tea

Nanyue Yunwu Tea is produced in Hengshan Mountain in central Hunan Province. Hengshan Mountain is majestic and beautiful, with 72 peaks stretching for more than 811 li. Here, the ancient trees are towering, the bamboo forests are covered, the mountains and valleys are shrouded in clouds all year round, and the tea trees are flourishing.
