Undergraduate 20,000; master 30,000; doctor 50,000

Shenzhen-level newly introduced talents rental and living subsidy standard:

Undergraduate 15,000; master 25,000; doctor 30,000

Application for living subsidies for newly introduced talents must meet the following conditions:

1. with full-time Bachelor's degree or above in general higher education, the academic qualifications to apply for the introduction procedures shall prevail;

2. have the household registration of Pingshan District;

3. start a business or employment in Pingshan District;

4. obtain the date of Pingshan District domicile in Pingshan District through the employing unit of the continuous payment of social insurance for six months and above, and in the date of obtaining the date of Pingshan District domicile to the date of application for subsidies date the social insurance relationship has been in Pingshan District (the social insurance relationship of non-scheduled staff of municipal institutions in the district may be in Shenzhen);

5. Handle the introduction of talents through the human resources department of Shenzhen or the human resources department of Pingshan District after March 13, 2018 and meet one of the following requirements:

(1) Handle the introduction of talents through the way of declaration by the unit, the state and provincial departments in Shenzhen units or enterprises, and enterprises under the direct control of municipal state-owned capital departments applying for the introduction of talents business in the Shenzhen human resources department; Shenzhen through-train service enterprises and municipal units stationed in the district in the Shenzhen human resources department or in the human resources department of Pingshan District; and other employing units in the human resources department of Pingshan District;

(2) applying for the introduction of talents by way of declaration by an individual, and applying for the introduction of talents at Pingshan District's Human resources department;

6. Age conditions: fresh graduates and returned overseas students have no age limit, other working talents according to the educational level of age: undergraduates require less than 30 years of age, master's degree students require less than 35 years of age, doctoral degree students less than 40 years of age, the above age conditions for the first introduction of the time of issuance of audit documents as a point of judgment.

Other explanations

1. The staff on the books of institutions are not included in the scope of subsidy.

2. Personnel who had gone through the procedure of talent introduction before March 13, 2018 (referring to obtaining the introduction audit document) and went through the procedure of introduction again after March 13, 2018 do not meet the requirements related to the new introduction of talents, and are not applicable to the implementation measures (except for those who need to handle the reception of fresh graduates and the introduction of returned overseas Chinese students due to the promotion of their academic qualifications).

3. The point of time for the introduction of newly-introduced talents is based on the time of issuance of the first introduction audit document (except for academic promotion).

4. Applicants with one of the following circumstances, with relevant supporting materials to the receiving window to submit written materials for processing:

(1) application failure due to personal information errors;

(2) due to the information system can not be applied for in time;

(3) the application of the results of the review of the objections;

(4) revoke application;

(5) other issues to be handled on-site
