Article 15 of the Electronic Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China * * * E-commerce operators shall continuously publicize business license information, administrative licensing information related to their business, information that does not need to be registered as a market subject according to the provisions of Article 10 of this Law, or link marks of the above information in a prominent position on their home pages. If the information specified in the preceding paragraph changes, e-commerce operators shall update public information in a timely manner.

Article 16 If an e-commerce operator voluntarily terminates engaging in e-commerce, it shall continuously publicize relevant information in a prominent position on the homepage 30 days in advance.
