Decision of Changsha Municipal People's Government on Announcing the Catalogue of Non-licensed Administrative Examination and Approval Items at the Municipal Level

According to the requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government to continue to deepen the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, the Office of the Leading Group for the Reform of the Administrative Examination and Approval System of the Municipal Government organized relevant departments (units) directly under the municipal government to clean up the non-licensed administrative examination and approval items of this department (unit). After research by the municipal government, it was decided to cancel 37 non-licensing administrative examination and approval items, adjust 191 non-licensing administrative examination and approval items, and retain 229 non-licensing administrative examination and approval items. For the cancellation and adjustment of non-licensed administrative examination and approval items, the people's governments of all districts and counties (cities) and the relevant units directly under the municipal government should do a good job in implementation and convergence, formulate supporting measures, strengthen the supervision of follow-up work, and prevent the absence or inadequacy of supervision after the cancellation of non-licensed administrative examination and approval items; It is necessary to publicize the procedures, time limits and requirements of non-licensed administrative examination and approval items in the office and relevant media to further standardize and strengthen supervision; In line with the principle of simplification, efficiency and convenience, we should reform the management methods of non-licensed administrative examination and approval projects to facilitate the administrative counterpart. The people's governments of all districts and counties (cities) shall refer to the clean-up of non-licensing administrative examination and approval items at the municipal level and organize the clean-up of non-licensing administrative examination and approval items in light of local conditions.
