The safety and food hygiene of the canteen are related to the vital interests of all employees. To this end, we signed a letter of responsibility, clear job responsibilities, responsibilities to people. In addition, the standardized operation of food procurement process, cooking management process, safe use of canteen equipment and dining service process is ensured by means of irregular supervision by leaders and strict audit of expenditures by financial management departments.
Second, the canteen facilities are fully equipped, providing employees with a comfortable and clean dining environment.
The management office has set up a reasonable operation room, storage room, dining area, food recycling area and staff washing area to ensure the orderly dining of employees. In addition, we put dishwashing detergent in the specially built staff dishwashing area, which greatly facilitated the cleaning and hygiene needs of employees.
In order to provide employees with a suitable dining environment, we turn on the air conditioner in winter and summer, and hang air curtains at the entrance and exit of the canteen to ensure a moderate dining environment temperature.
Third, treat employees as customers and prepare dishes according to employees' needs.
As the saying goes, "it is difficult to adjust." Considering the taste demand and seasonal characteristics of vegetables, the canteen changes the menu every two weeks on average, and publishes it on the intranet to listen to everyone's opinions and adjust it in time as needed. In terms of staple food supply, more than two staple foods are guaranteed every day, including rice, steamed bread, flower rolls, oil cakes, pies and steamed bread. So as to satisfy the tastes of most people as much as possible and make everyone feel comfortable and at ease.
Fourth, the canteen service tends to front-line employees.
The management office attaches great importance to the food problem of front-line employees. In view of the particularity of long continuous working hours and uninterrupted work at night, the canteen should provide more dishes for front-line employees as much as possible, and the amount of pasta is higher than that of government workers, so as to ensure the abundant physical strength of front-line employees. In addition, we implement the night shift meal system for front-line employees, distribute bread, milk and ham to the employees on duty, and send care to the front-line employees.
