The handling conditions are: 1, the special equipment is manufactured by the unit that has obtained the qualification of manufacturing license, the special equipment is constructed by the construction unit that has obtained the qualification of installation, renovation and maintenance license, and the on-site operators of the construction unit have the qualification certificate of special equipment operation.

Handling process: 1. Check whether the on-site information is complete and whether the informed items meet the relevant requirements. 2. If the notification materials are complete, enter the notification information into the special equipment notification ledger, mark the notification process number, date of signing, affix the special notice seal, and implement the installation supervision and inspection seal. 3. Fill in the notification flow sheet for installation, renovation and maintenance of special equipment, enter the notification information into the special equipment supervision and management system, and confirm the notification information to the inspection unit.
