The main responsibilities of the Ministry of Commerce
(1) to formulate development strategies and policies for domestic and foreign trade and international economic cooperation, draft laws and regulations on domestic and foreign trade, foreign investment, foreign aid, foreign investment and foreign economic cooperation and formulate departmental regulations, put forward opinions on the convergence between China's economic and trade laws and regulations as well as between China's economic and trade laws and regulations and its relations with international economic and trade treaties and agreements, and study and make recommendations on economic globalization
To study and make recommendations on economic globalization, regional economic cooperation, the development trend of modern circulation methods and the reform of the circulation system.
(2) Responsible for promoting the structural adjustment of the circulation industry, guiding the reform of the circulation enterprises, the development of the commercial and trade service industry and community business, proposing policies to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in commerce and trade, and promoting the standardization of circulation and the development of modern circulation methods such as chain management, commercial franchising, logistics and distribution, and e-commerce.
(3) the formulation of domestic trade development planning, promote the development of urban and rural markets, research and put forward to guide domestic and foreign capital investment in the construction of the market system policy, guidance for the planning of wholesale markets for bulk products and urban commercial network planning, business system construction, promote the construction of the rural market system, and the organization of the implementation of the rural modern circulation network project.
(4) to take the lead in coordinating the rectification and standardization of the market economic order of the work of responsibility, the formulation of policies to regulate the operation of the market, the circulation order, to promote the construction of credit in the field of commerce, to guide the sale of commercial credit, the establishment of the market integrity of the public **** service platform, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the supervision and management of the special circulation industry.
