I. Preparatory work
1, water pump, sieve plate, water supply and drainage, gas pipeline and oxygen pipeline are in good condition.
2. Before seafood enters the pool, the pool, sieve tray, net bag, copybook and other tools should be cleaned and disinfected in advance.
3. Ensure that the temporary pool and filter are in good condition, the filtered water is clear, the water flow is smooth and there is no water leakage.
4. Use the water quality detector to test whether the water quality meets the requirements. The main indicators are: heavy metal content, residual chlorine, salinity, ph value, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite and hydrogen sulfide. If it does not meet the requirements, it will be adjusted manually. If the water source and operation method are the same, there is no need to test it in the future.
Second, the temporary cultivation of seafood.
1. Add 2g/ ton of water environment change regulator, 2ml/ ton of water purification antidote, 5ml/ ton of water quality stabilizer, 8ml/ ton of ecological bactericide, 0.5g/ ton of 65438+ algae culture solution, 3g/ ton of nutritional supplement and 3g/ ton of multifunctional immune enhancer within 2 hours before and 30 minutes after seafood enters the pond. Do not change the water for two hours. Dilute the liquid medicine with water and spray it evenly. If the density of temporary culture is high, especially layered temporary culture, seafood keep-alive supplies should be put into the pool in advance.
2. According to the variety, size and duration of temporary aquaculture of seafood, control the appropriate density of temporary aquaculture.
3. Change the water 1-2 times a day, and desilt when changing the water; At other times, it is necessary to maintain the state of micro-running water, water intake and drainage in real time, or not to change water, depending on the water quality.
4. Add 2ml/ ton of ecological bactericide every day, add 3g/ ton of nutritional supplement and 3g/ ton of multifunctional immune enhancer every 3-4 days, and add 1g/ ton of matrix improver every day for 3 consecutive days.
5. Pick out dead seafood in time and remove it to avoid deteriorating water quality.
6. Regular inspection, inspection and handling.
7. Repeat the operations of 1 and 4 every week. Fresh seawater enters the pond during culture, regardless of the usage and dosage of the product.
