Recommendations for fat loss goodies I've eaten over the past year (food groups)! ||| I've tried a lot of healthy fat loss food-based goodies over the past year, and while I've occasionally stepped on the wrong side of the law, I've generally found them all to be good, and some of them I've repurchased at least 3 times. Today's post will be a REVIEW of the great products I've gotten on Patchwork Xixi!

Carbs:
-Whole Wheat Omelettes: tastes ok, needs to be paired with peanut butter
-Mixed Grain Lebowski: Strongly recommended! I always toast it in the pan first to get it crispy and then spread it with cheese and peanut butter, one of a kind!
-Soba: highly recommended. I can't say enough about it, it's a must for fat loss
-Brown rice: highly recommended
-Sweet potato: highly recommended. Very soft and sweet
- Konjac Udon: average, but better than opening the package to eat

Proteins:
- Instant Chicken Breasts/Chicken Meatballs/Chicken Sausage: recommended. Good for those who don't have time to cook meat
- Teochew Beef Balls: highly recommended. I've repurchased them 3 times, boiled them in water and dipped them in dipping sauce!

Dietary Fiber/Vegetables and Fruits:
- Guava: a must have fruit for fat loss! Low GI, strong satiety
- Candied apples: highly recommended! Crisp and sweet!
-Nectarines: a summer favorite! Low GI fruits
-Red grapefruit: a must for fat loss, the king of low GI fruits
-Crisp persimmons: general
-Ugly orange: strong push, very sweet and very tasty!

Premium fats:
-Cashews: okay. Try it
- Pure Peanut Butter: strong push. Repurchased 3 times and still think it's very good!
- Grain powder: strong push. For hair growth in order to replenish qi and blood! The flavor is also very fragrant.

Fat-reducing sauces category:
-Korean kimchi: strong push! A must-have side dish for fat-reducing soba noodles
- Handmade chili sauce: highly recommended! Repurchased 4 times! Boiled everything with this sauce will be delicious!
