According to the spirit of the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Implementing the Plan of Three Supports and One Support for Graduates in 2111 (No.23 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2111]) and the relevant policies and regulations of the provincial party committee and the provincial government to promote the employment of college graduates, this year, our province will continue to adopt the unified organization of examinations to select ordinary college graduates to engage in "three supports and one support" and "entering the village". The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Objectives and tasks

Select 1,511 college graduates to engage in teaching, supporting agriculture, supporting medicine and helping the poor in rural grassroots; Select 2111 ordinary college graduates to work as village (community) assistant directors.

II. Scope and conditions of application

(1) "Three Supports and One Support"

Graduates from colleges and universities who graduated in 2111, held the Notice of Choosing a Job and registered according to the regulations.

(2) "Entering the village (community)"

Graduates from colleges and universities who graduated in 2117 or later, held the Notice of Choosing a Job, were not employed during the period of choosing a job, and registered according to regulations.

iii. Registration and qualification examination

(1) Announcement

In early May, the relevant departments of the province, city (state) respectively issued an announcement to the society through the media, announcing the selection plan and other relevant information.

(2) Organizing registration

1. Registration time

June 25th to July 5th, 2111.

2. The registration place

is determined by each city (state) and county (city, district).

3. Registration method and qualification examination

The human resources and social security (personnel) departments of each city (state) are responsible for the registration work in this area. Graduates voluntarily choose the project of "three supports and one support" or "entering the village (community)" according to the application conditions. I will register at the designated place of the human resources and social security (personnel) department of Shengyuan City (state) with the original certificate of "Notice of Employment", graduation certificate, ID card and two photos (recent two-inch color photos). City (state) human resources and social security department is responsible for the qualification examination, to meet the conditions to be registered.

(3) In principle, graduates are only allowed to apply for recruitment positions in Shengyuan County. For individuals whose household registration changes due to marriage, they can register at the place where their new household registration is located with valid certificates such as marriage certificate, household registration certificate and notice of choosing a job.

(4) Before July 11, 2111, all cities (states) submitted the Summary of Registration of "Three Supports and One Support" for College Graduates in Gansu Province in 2111 (Annex 2) and the Summary of Registration of "Entering Villages (Communities)" for College Graduates in Gansu Province in 2111 (Annex 3) to the Examination Office of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

(V) Issuance of Admission Tickets

The admission ticket will take effect after being stamped by the municipal (state) human resources and social security (personnel) department, and will be issued to candidates by the municipal (state) human resources and social security (personnel) department within one week before the exam.
