With the district household registration, holding the second generation of the Disabled Persons Federation issued the "Chinese People's **** and the State Disabled Persons Certificate", laid-off, unemployed, jobless, mobile physical, visual disabilities and hearing, speech disabled people can carry out audible verbal communication; or with the district household registration, holding the "Chinese People's **** and the State Disabled Persons Certificate" of the intellectual, mental and severe (one, two) visual disability, physical disability of people with disabilities Immediate family members and spouses.

2. Abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations of the State, love the work of persons with disabilities, and have the spirit of professionalism and dedication, as well as a certain degree of organizational and coordination skills. He or she supports the Party's lines, guidelines and policies, has a decent style, is well-liked, and has no disciplinary violations.

3. Age and literacy: male age 18 years old or older than 45 years of age, female age 18 years old or older than 40 years of age, with junior high school and above the literacy level of persons with disabilities, with a certain degree of computer operation under the same conditions preferential hiring; disabled persons with immediate family members should have a college education and above and have a certain degree of computer operation basis.
