Which is healthier, takeaway or instant noodles?
"What's for lunch?" This is the ultimate problem that puzzles many office workers.

On the one hand, we should pay attention to the ultimate healthy diet, on the other hand, we are often too busy to eat.

You can only use takeaway or instant noodles to deal with it.

We interviewed several passers-by at random. Most of them are takeaway parties. For lunch on weekdays, they usually order some hot and sour powder, mala Tang, fried noodles, fried buns and so on.

So, what is healthy food? Although fat, carbohydrate and protein are the three main nutrients that people must have every day, if you often use a high-fat diet, it will cause some cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

The Dietary Guide for China Residents suggests that each of us should consume about 25-30 grams of oil every day, but in fact, our average daily intake far exceeds this index.

First of all, oil is a key point for take-away parties and instant noodle owners.

The takeaway party thinks greasy is the label of instant noodles in the impression.

Instant noodles people think that hot and sour powder, mala Tang and dark fried noodles are good partners of waste oil.

So we chose five kinds of common take-away and instant noodles: fried noodles, fried buns, braised pork rice, mala Tang and hot and sour powder to make a comparison.

In professional laboratories, their oil content, salt content, protein, carbohydrates and other components will be tested.

Earlier, an expert announced at the 14th China Instant Noodles Conference that instant noodles are quite close to the dietary energy composition recommended by WHO and more balanced than meat buns.

We did an experiment at that time. The experimenter Yang Shen only ate instant noodles for five consecutive days, and then selected them for nutritional examination. In those days, I vomited Yang Shen alive.

So this time he was very careful when choosing instant noodles!

Then I bought fried noodles, fried buns, braised pork rice, mala Tang and hot and sour powder from several chain catering enterprises.

Test results:

The highest oil content, ash content and protein content are fried steamed bread. The highest salt content is mala Tang.

The highest dietary fiber is hot and sour powder.

The highest carbohydrate content is instant noodles.

Instant noodles have the lowest oil content. With suspicion, he tested its bread separately.

First, we use chemical solvents to separate all the oil in this steamed bread. Solvent and oil are almost transparent after fusion.

By the difference of boiling points, we extract oil from the solvent, and the result is that there is little oil.

Nutritionist's interpretation of the test report;

It is best to take 60% fresh water compounds in daily diet, which is the cornerstone of nutrition.

The most important substance for life is protein, and the daily intake of protein is about 15%.

Judging from the test results, fried noodles, fried buns, braised pork rice, mala Tang and hot and sour powder are far from reaching the health standards.

In addition, when choosing instant noodles, it is suggested to choose "no monosodium glutamate" and "steamed noodles" without frying. For a balanced nutritional intake, you can add an egg to instant noodles and eat it with vegetables, fruits and milk.
